During my checking in, the front desk employee didn’t show any education. He had two people talking with him, that in the time that I come in I feel that they started leafing of me. The employee said my room number loud, this is not safe for us, specially that I’m staying by myself. The room carpet is dirty, looks like they haven’t vacuum it for a while. In general, not happy at all.
I want to draw attention to the great customer service I received from the young man who helped me check in. After driving for several hours, I was ready to rest, so I was disappointed to hear that he saw no record of my reservation. I reviewed my Expedia booking to confirm with him that I was at the correct hotel on the correct day. He did some electronic digging, and after some anxious waiting, I heard him say, "Well, we didn't receive your reservation properly, but I can see that you paid Expedia. I don't know exactly what is going on with this, because we do routinely receive reservations through Expedia, but the manager can look into that tomorrow. I will make you a reservation through our system directly for $0.00 so you can check in and not deal with any of this." I was delighted. This was professional, thoughtful, and kind. He saw that he didn't have to accept fault or solve the puzzle in order to help me. Let's just get this tired traveler a room. What a guy! Also, I really appreciated the free breakfast offerings. Look, any hotel can pile on the luxury if guests shell out the money in one way or another. I slept well here at a place that, to me, exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
Good stay, the pillows themselves are stained under the clean pillow cases.
It was great for the price, just needed a bed to sleep on for the night.

We brought back leftover pizza to our room and there were bugs like gnats or fruit flies all over. The rooms are very dated and dark, need to update the hotel.

There was no food options. Place was set up for a breakfast area but there was no continental breakfast or coffee.
Overall, just no.. The description photos do not match the rooms, and our rooms were clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival.. Our first room had a very strong unpleasant smell of warm feet and cigarettes. Despite that, the beds were not changed and there were fresh, crusty stains on all of the sheets and pillows. I have never asked for another room before, but the man running the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to my groups needs, and gave us a new room. Unfortunately, our “new” room wasn’t much better than the first.

Quality Inn offers a basic continental breakfast. It is located near very tasty restaurants. Room was clean. Maintenance is prompt and professional when needed.
When I first got into the room there was a terrible smell.
They didnt make up our beds or bring fresh towels. When my husband inquired, he was told, "didn't you read you read the sign"? He replied. What sign? He said it was sitting behind the hand sanitizer bottle. Why weren't we told upon checking in that you will have to request room service if required . Its not good customer service. Arrived on 7-31. Left yhe room on 8-1, came back room not serviced. husband went to tell them and got towels and had conversation with gentleman. Left room on 8-2 at the end of day and it had been done. Left toom on 8-3, Came back in evening, not serviced again after having a conversation
Paint bad shape over the air conditioner, walls chipped. Bathroom shower curtin moldy in hem, and bad stains . stool lid did not fit properly. Tub surround not in good shape.
At check in we had to have the sheets change because there was hair all over them after changing the bed that evening when we decided to go to bed the bed and the pillows stunk of something I have never smelled before the worst smell imaginable it permeated all of our clothes even into the bags and the car after we put them in the trunk I would not stay at this property or any of its affiliates ever again
