Convenient location

Cons:

Was run down, 2 TV in room, remote only worked for 1 TV not both and not another one to be had. Very outdated furniture. Mattress was comfortable.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

I had to literally wake the guy up at the front desk. The odor of Marijuana was unbearable....in the entire hallway/hotel room. The room was FILTHY. I sat in the room for maybe 30 min max before feeling so unclean and unsafe that I decided I would just leave. Again....the guy at the front desk was not just asleep, PASSED OUT ON THE DESK. Didn't wake up for me to turn my key in and ask for a refund.

Very so-so accommodations, it was cheap and it showed
Pros:

breakfast was almost non existent, there was dirt under the tv and a pile of noodle dinners under the cabinet that was very dirty.

They cancelled our rooms due to some water leak

Cons:

We were to stay Saturday night called us Friday afternoon to tell us our rooms were not available due to a water leak. No offer to help find something else.

Very dirty. Can’t believe this was ranked highly.
Cons:

Absolutely filthy. Each room and hall had its own awful stench. Bathrooms looked uncleaned for weeks. Seriously considered immediately checking out. Bought my own sheets to sleep on. Just horrible.

Needs work
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked but that was it.

Cons:

There was no elevator. We had trouble with the TV all weekend. We were told that the maintenance would come by and they never showed up. There was a pair of socks by the bed and cereal was beside the bed also. The desk looked like it hadn't been fully dusted for over a month.

Pros:

Came in real late and exhausted with a car full of teenagers. Front counter staff was so nice and friendly. I appreciate her beyond measure. I left my pillow behind, which I have to have due to neck issues. They called me and held it for me until I could come back the next day and get it.

Not a hotel but motel
Pros:

The staff was great

Cons:

The rooms were so cold and took so long to warm up. The bathroom was disgustingly bad. Fruit flies in the winter the towels and rags were so cheap and small.

They allowed our dog and the people were nice.

Cons:

The whole hotel smelled like Marijuana. I dont have an issue with smoking weed but when my kids have to smell it all night, it becomes an issue.
The sheets on the bed were literally crusty feeling and we found a pair of nasty shorts under one of the beds. The bathroom was really gross with stains in the shower.

Pros:

Nothing. Those people couldn't find my reservation, even after showing my confirmation in the app. The idiot at the desk told me to request a refund from booking.com, and that there was a quality inn just down the street. I never had to deal with such idiocy and incompetence like this before.

Cons:

Everything. Did I mention they lost my reservation and told me to stay somewhere else?
