Better alternative to staying in Florence city centre
Pros:

Location. 35 minutes from the centre of Florence by the frequent bus and tram services. Use your bank/credit card for the bus and ttam, its easier. Scan when you board everytime, not when you get off. You are only charged once during a 90 minute journey, no matter how many times you scan.
Located very close to Scandicci town centre, a vibrant local town, with various cafes, restaurants, shops and a large market on Saturdays.
Free parking, ample space.
Beside a busy road network but still calm and quiet.
Air-conditioned rooms.
Large rooms, especially for close to Florence.
Breakfast was good.
Hygiene really good.
Staff very helpful.
Really large comfortable bed.

Мы были на машине, и нам важно было, чтобы была парковка, очень удобно, что есть частная парковка у отеля во внутреннем дворе, мест было много. Мне понравилось, что хозяева несколько раз нам написали и предупредили, что отель закрывается в 20:00 и до этого нужно успеть въехать, мы успели. Хозяева очень дружелюбные, все показали и рассказали. Номер был чистый, удобный, есть кондиционер, было два окна, открывалось только одно с видом на парковку. Удобная кровать, холодильник, 2 бутылки воды, стол, стулья, в ванной много полотенец, гель для душа и мыло. Завтрак был превосходный, можно купить его за 10€ с человека.

Cons:

Громкий смыв унитаза, слышно, когда спишь, тонкие стены - слышно соседей и меня закусали комары.
