. The lobby was very nice, snacks and drinks were very affordable, Staff was friendly. And the location was convenient. Ac in the room worked well.
The room had a lingering smell, there was unknown substances on the walls and window, the window was concerning, it opened all the way without a screen and we were on the 3rd floor. The carpet was sticky, there was some kind of residue on the fridge, no working elevator, only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and the breakfast room was lacking. Breakfast food was stocked but bowls, plates, utensils and coffee creamers were not. Honestly not the best hotel we have stayed in but certainly not the worst. Hoping it gets better as they are switching ownership.

The tv didn’t work. The bathroom was missing a light bulb

No phone in the room to call the front desk. Carpet was messed up made the door hard to close. Elevator, soda machines out off service. No remote for TV in the room. Property seemed unsafe.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food. Hotel was very clean.

Elevator wasn't working we was on third floor. Tv wouldn't change had to get different tv. Pop machine wasn't working. Ice machine broke couple areas. Wasn't much of breakfast.
When we entered you can already smell like cigarettes and it had bugs on the fridge dogs barking mold just a bad hotel DONT COME HERE
