Woodland Inn and Suites Extended Stay

Only food in the breakfast room was cereal and moldy bagels. Elevator was broken.

They double booked and charged us twice, wouldn't refund after they booked us twice had to have booking.com take care of it , refund still on going been 3 days 150.00 that may take another 48 hours, they advertise a decent breakfast but there was like no food , only a couple bagels and cream cheese and 1 cereal with barely milk left , the juice was non existent , there was no remote for the TV, when we asked for one they said they don't have any, vending machine didn't work , ice machine dirty as hell, the bathtub peeling paint, coffee machine leaked water all over the kerig didn't work wrong coffee for it in the room, the outside door was left propped open so much for security, some shady dude knocked on my door at 3am.. wrong room I guess. Also the sink was clogged and took hours to drain. Asked the housekeeping man for toilet paper said he would bring it but never showed, no one came to clean between days or even asked if we wanted a clean room

First off I didnt have a remote for the TV, and I tried to call the front desk but the phones didnt work so I had to walk up there and ask for one, which I was given a remote that wasn't programed to the TV so I had try and figure that out which took a lil bit, then I had to go back to the front desk again to get the wifuli password but the wifi kept going out on me while I was working on a project so I gave up on that! I didnt have an ice bucket to get ice so I laid down and I started falling asleep! At this point I had been in my room for about 7 hours! All of a sudden I woke up because I felt something on my face, so I went to wipe it off and it was a cockroach! I couldn't find it after that, so I got up and went to wash my face off and there was another one on the wall behind the TV, which scattered immediately, and then there was another one on the floor in the bathroom, that one I was able to kill! I immediately started getting all my stuff together and I went to the front desk and told them I didnt want to cause any problems but I couldnt stay there any longer and I explained what happened and that I wanted to check out and get a refund! The lady immediately gave me my deposit back and said she got ahold of the manager and that she would refund me for my room once she got in today!

The room had a lingering smell, there was unknown substances on the walls and window, the window was concerning, it opened all the way without a screen and we were on the 3rd floor. The carpet was sticky, there was some kind of residue on the fridge, no working elevator, only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and the breakfast room was lacking. Breakfast food was stocked but bowls, plates, utensils and coffee creamers were not. Honestly not the best hotel we have stayed in but certainly not the worst. Hoping it gets better as they are switching ownership.

The tv didn’t work. The bathroom was missing a light bulb

No phone in the room to call the front desk. Carpet was messed up made the door hard to close. Elevator, soda machines out off service. No remote for TV in the room. Property seemed unsafe.

Everything was Great!

They don't clean the rooms daily

Elevator wasn't working we was on third floor. Tv wouldn't change had to get different tv. Pop machine wasn't working. Ice machine broke couple areas. Wasn't much of breakfast.
