Le confort de la chambre et la situation de l’hôtel
Le côté typique canarien, le calme qui y régnait, le buffet p’tit dej très bien et le personnel sympa. Hôtel très propre et bien entretenu.
Si je voulais être difficile, un petit frigo d’appoint dans le chambres serai le bienvenu.

Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the cooked food at breakfast was usually cold and quite repetitive. There were options of cereals, toast, preserves and pastries too.

Very clean. Beautiful lobby, pleasant bar / terrace, great location.
I did not receive a positive welcome nor a smile on arrival, indeed it was a very cold greeting. The day time reception staff lacked warmth throughout the week. I received a 4.15a.m wake-up call on two consecutive days due to a clerical error that was repeated - no goodwill gesture was offered. I suggested perhaps a complimentary drink, but that did not materialise. Breakfast was below average - hot buffet consistently cold, lack of decent bread and no prepared fresh fruit (only apples and oranges). I was sick during the stay and requested pharmacy directions - a hotel that takes care of its guests and puts their welfare at the heart of what they do would ordinarily ask if everything was ok or whether any further help was required (perhaps even more so for a solo traveller) - but again, no warmth was shown by staff. Refusal to accept part-cash and part-card for payment (you must pay only cash or card).
