Céntrico,, personal amable, hotel con solera. La cocina tiene calidad precio a lo pagado. Hacen lo imposible para agradecer las veces que se quedan cortos, o la gente como muy rápido. Reponen rápido.

Cons:

Deben ir pensando en poner aire acondicionado, no hay y el calor va a más anualmente. Nos ofrecieron un ventilador, pero no hay donde ponerlo, bueno si en la cara, el cable era muy corto. En la piscina las hamacas deben ser renovadas, eran viejas.

Hotel pequeño pero acogedor.
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta. El personal muy amable. El hotel estaba muy limpio. Desayuno correcto. Las camas cómodas y grandes. Por la noche estaba tranquilo, no se oían ruidos. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado.

Por poner algo, el baño un poco estrecho.

El hotel está muy bien, con una muy buena ubicación en el mismo centro de Puerto de la cruz con mucho ambiente por los alrededores, las chicas de recepción muy amables la verdad lo recomiendo y en la azotea unas vistas maravillosas y una piscina está muy bien la verdad, lo único es para aparcar no tiene aparcamiento por lo demás genial
