Encantados del hotel
Pros:

La limpieza hace que te sientas como en casa. Tuvimos un problema con el niño que se vomitó y lo resolvieron de inmediato. El personal muy amable en cada punto del hotel. Ya hemos reservado para el próximo año volver

Cons:

El minibar enfría muy poco. Quizás estaba averiado pero es algo insignificante

Cons:

Que el hotel más antiguo del Puerto de la Cruz haya degenerado en un hotel cutre sin personalidad, excepto fachada antigua y acceso. Necesita una renovación total. El baño no tiene ventilación ni directa ni indirecta (tipo shunt)... todo es cutre. Y lo pero es que me costó más caro por booking.com unos 12 € que directamente. Se agradecería una botella de agua de cortesía ya que la del grifo no se puede beber. Gracias

Pros:

Pro mne vynikající poloha uprostřed centra s dosahem malých pláži ve městě, bazén na střeše hotelu je sice menší ale dostačující, terasa je veliká. Pokoj velikostně vyhovující, lednice…

Cons:

Bohužel při červencových vyšších teplotách už bylo v pokoji velké vedro a v hotelu není klimatizace, na pokoji dispozici poměrně výkonný ventilátor, tak se to dalo přežít. Ale to byla jediná výhrada ubytování

Very pleasant stay at the Marquesa
Pros:

Loved the quaintness of the hotel and its history. Breakfast was very good. The girl who manned reception in the evening was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Poor/uncomfortable sitting area in thehotel lobby.

Breve pero intensa.
Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria, con buenas vistas y muy ventilada. La cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

El estado del baño fue decepcionante, limpio pero muy viejito y las tuberías malolientes. Solo pusieron toallas para una persona, tampoco se acordaron de las dos almohadas extra que habíamos solicitado y hubo que pasar a recogerlas a recepción al igual que la clave de la wifi ( solo se informaba de ella en un cártel localizado en la recepción)
