Dans l'ensemble bien, tout peu se faire à pied, le garage est sécurisé.

Localisation: à 2 min de la cité des congrès, 10min de la gare, centre-ville, boulangerie, carrefour city, transport en commun.
Literie confortable, peu bruyant.
