Perfect location, very clean!
Soundproof is not good and the noice from the traffic can be very annoying. Plus the bathroom needs a renovation.

Very good location for the train and bus station. Very clean and air conditioning was great. Lovely, helpful staff and great shower!
The location is good for the price. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the main square, which was fine for us but might not be for everyone.

Que tardaron dos días en poner una bombilla en el baño.
Que el baño no tenía nada para apoyar las bolsas de aseo, y era pequeño para dos personas, en el lavabo si se pintaba una, no se podía pintar la otra.
Que el aire acondicionado lo controlan desde recepción tanto para ponerlo como para quitarlo, hubo un par de días que no se podía dormir del calor, y es la primera vez que yo no puedo poner el aire a mi gusto, llamé a recepción y me ofrecieron un abanico!!!
No me parece normal que yo desde la habitación me vuelva loca con el termostato del aire acondicionado porque no podía ni subirlo ni bajarlo ni pararlo ni nada!!! Estábamos a cuarenta grados en Bolonia estos días.
La posizione di questo hotel è comoda per chi arriva in treno, visto che è in zona stazione centrale. Si raggiunge il centro con una piacevole passeggiata di venti minuti. Per chi arriva in auto come noi, il parcheggio convenzionato con l'hotel costa 25 euro a notte, è custodito, sotterraneo e a pochi metri dall'ingresso. Lo staff è molto gentile e gli ambienti sono luminosi e accoglienti. Carino l'arredamento moderno anche nelle stanze. Bagno spazioso con doccia degna di una SPA. Buona colazione.
L'hotel si affaccia su una strada trafficata e le finestre non sono abbastanza insonorizzate perciò si sentono rumori dall'esterno tutta la notte. Inoltre la nostra finestra presentava un difetto nella chiusura che non è stato risolto dal personale. Non abbiamo mai potuto aprire la finestra per fare cambiare l'aria per paura che ci cadesse addosso. Il letto non è comodissimo e la stanza è un po' piccola per essere una doppia. C'è un cattivo odore nei corridoi.
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the railway station, which is extremely convenient for travelers. It takes only about 15 minutes to walk to the historic city center. We are especially grateful to the Ukrainian woman at the reception. She was wonderful, very friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations on what to see in Bologna. She made us feel truly welcome.
The only downside was the room price, which was very high due to a concert taking place in Florence.
Great little hotel, 3 minute walk from the train station. Easy walk into the centre of town. Staff were great. Manage to check in early and they sorted our suitcases the next day until we got the train. Breakfast was fine. Would definitely recommend and return if we visited Bologna again.
