Important information:

The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

In accordance with the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, the Sheraton Sopot Hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of a minor and their relationship to the adult with whom they are staying on the premises.
Arrival with a pet is subject to an additional fee of PLN 120 per day.

Najlepsze w hotelu było śniadanie i lokoalizacja.

Cons:

Standard pokoju oceniam na 3 lub max 4 gwiazdki. Jak na hotel pięciogwiazdkowy nie było w żadnym aspekcie efektu wow. Wyposażenie pokoju nadaje się do wymiany. W pięciogwiazdkowych hotelach, w których bywałam był zawsze chociażby ciekawy prezent w pokoju na przywitanie. A tu nastawienie bardziej na zysk - np zamiast wina 200 ml w prezencie jest wyeksponowane to wino na specjalnej półce z dużą ceną 65 zł. Radzę go chociaż włożyć do mini barku, ponieważ naturalne dla gościa jest to że zazwyczaj produkty z mini barku są płatne. Hotel i pokój jest ok ale do innych hoteli pięciogwiazdkowych jest wręcz przepaść.

Nikt nie kontroluje w czym się wchodzi do poszczególnych saun. Np do sauny parowej ludzie wchodzą w kostiumach klapkach obsługa nie zwraca na to uwagi. Zwróciłem uwagę pracownikowi o tym problemie wzruszył ramionami i powiedział że nic nie może z tym zrobić.
