Important information:

The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

In accordance with the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, the Sheraton Sopot Hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of a minor and their relationship to the adult with whom they are staying on the premises.
Arrival with a pet is subject to an additional fee of PLN 120 per day.

Śniadanie - bogaty wybór przepięknie podanych produktów, zdrowych i smacznych. Piękny, komfortowy wystrój restauracji. Cisza i spokój, mimo wielu gości. Pokój świetnie wyposażony, czysty, estetyczny, pełen potrzebnych udogodnień. Ogromne wygodne łóżko, widok na morze. Uśmiechnięty i pomocny personel, kultura osobista na każdym kroku, uprzejmość i życzliwe traktowanie. Ogromnym atutem była możliwość korzystania ze strefy SPA po wymeldowaniu - bagaże odniesiono do przechowalni, basen i kompleks saun był do naszej dyspozycji bez ograniczeń. Basen i sauny są fantastyczne, wspaniały relaks.

Pes do tohto hotela nepatrí. Hlavne ten, čo leží na recepcii na gauči a ten čo v lobby sedí so svojim pánom pri raňajkách za stolom a skoro raňajkuje s príborom... z taniera...

Wspaniały pobyt, zostaliśmy dopieszczeni pod każdym względem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie wyśmienite, duży wybór, pyszne omlety, jajka po benedyktyńsku, świeże sok, cudowne wędzone ryby i cały szwedzki stół. Miły widok na morze. Łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne, wielka kołdra, dzięki której we trójkę bez problemu się wysypialiśmy. Pokój duży z wanną i prysznicem. Basen i strefa saun świetne, suszarka do strojów bardzo na plus. Nasze dziecko bardzo zadowolone z kids clubu. Świetną opcją są dwa wyjścia z hotelu, od strony Monciaka i od drugiej strony. Lokalizacja idealna. Było cudownie, bardzo polecam.
