Important information:

The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

In accordance with the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, the Sheraton Sopot Hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of a minor and their relationship to the adult with whom they are staying on the premises.
Arrival with a pet is subject to an additional fee of PLN 120 per day.

Świetna lokalizacja-pokój z widokiem na morze, wanna i prysznic, bardzo wygodny i duży materac,bardzo życzliwy personel w restauracji podczas śniadań, natychmiastowa reakcja personelu przy trudności w łączeniu z internetem

Pros:

Położenie, restauracja, obsługa na bardzo dobrym poziomie.

Cons:

Brak możliwości zaparkowania pojazdu praktycznie zamyka dla mnie temat powrotu w to miejsce. Dla mojego Porsche miejsca nie było, ale mclaren, który przyjechał po mnie zmieścił się na ogrodzony parking.

Bajka z malutkim ale
Pros:

Przepiękne widoki, wszędzie blisko, jedzonko bardzo dobre.
Panie w recepcji były bardzo miłe i bardzo pomocne. Poprosiłam o drugą kołdrę i otwarcie balkonu - bez problemu, po chwili było załatwione. Na pewno z chęcią wrócę.

Cons:

Jedyny mały minusik - dlatego 9 punktów - kiedy wybierałam pokój zastanawiałam się nad dostępem do Lounge bar i gdyby było z góry napisane, że jakiekolwiek przekąski są tylko 2 godziny dziennie wieczorem to zrezygnowałabym. Dopiero w windzie było jasno napisane, że przekąski 18-20. Cały dzień było puściutko - oprócz paru owoców i gazowane napoje więc mały zawodzik.

Wygodny pokój bardzo czysto. Świetna lokalizacja blisko molo i głównego deptaku. Pyszne drinki w barze hotelowym :-)

Cons:

Największym problemem to jest brak wystarczającej ilości miejsc parkingowych dla gości hotelowych. Nie spotka się żeby w 5* hotelu nie było miejsc i ludzie szukali miejsca po zatłoczonym mieście. Szkoda że na majówkę nie przygotowuje się plaży hotelowej mimo że pogoda jak w środku lata.

В целом проживание было комфортным но сервис на рецепции и качество интернета хотелось бы улучшить.
Pros:

Чистота в номере и в отеле, удобное месторасположение, приятная сауна. Отель хорошо подходит для короткого отдыха: рядом удобно гулять, всё необходимое находится недалеко.

Cons:

Интернет работал нестабильно, это было неудобно. Также впечатление немного испортило общение с девушкой на рецепции: хотелось бы более приветливого и клиентоориентированного отношения к гостям.

Wonderful Easter weekend stay in perfect surroundings
