Important information:

The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

In accordance with the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, the Sheraton Sopot Hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of a minor and their relationship to the adult with whom they are staying on the premises.
Arrival with a pet is subject to an additional fee of PLN 120 per day.

Ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

La ubicación: inmejorable. En todo el centro de Sopot, cerca de la calle principal y en primera línea de playa.
El desayuno: gran variedad de comida y todo lo que probamos estaba muy rico. Muchas opciones si tienes intolerancias (lactosa, celiacos, etc.)

La piscina: bajamos varias veces y el agua estaba estupenda, la iluminación era perfecta y los vestuarios de la piscina muy completos.

Playa privada: aunque solo la usé un día por el tiempo pero me gustó mucho el tener una tumbona y toalla disponible sin coste extra.

Cons:

El servicio de habitaciones no fue del todo muy bueno. Si es verdad que limpiaban las habitaciones todos los días (a no ser que pusieras el cartel de no molestar) y lo dejaban todo limpio pero muchas veces nos dejaban los vasos sucios sin cambiar o nos los retiraban pero no nos ponían vasos nuevos. Además la moqueta daba la impresión de no estar muy limpia, seguramente el color tan clarito tengo mucho que ver y no es que no la limpiaran.

El servicio de la recepción del desayuno: nosotros no teníamos pagados todos los desayunos porque no los íbamos a hacer todo en el hotel e íbamos pagando en el día. El problema es que en la recepción del desayuno no tenían el datáfono para cobrar y muchas veces nos tenían esperando hasta que venía alguien a cobrarnos.

Bra läge, strålande frukostbuffé. Fin överraskning att uppvaktas med praliner och bubbel på vår bemärkelsedag. Härlig spaanläggning med många olika bastuvarianter. Mkt välutrustat gym.

Cons:

Fick intryck av att rummet skulle ha balkong men det var bara fransk balkong som man inte kunde nyttja såvida man inte kontaktade receptionen.

Absolutely Magical Stay at the Sheraton Sopot

Our stay at the Sheraton Sopot was absolutely magical from beginning to end. My husband and I stayed here just one week after getting married, which made the experience even more special and memorable. ❤️
We had a beautiful sea-view room, and waking up to the stunning view of the Baltic Sea was simply wonderful. We also had access to the spa and swimming pool, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after such an exciting and emotional time.
It was the perfect place for us to spend our first week as newlyweds, and we couldn't have asked for a more magical stay. We absolutely loved our time at the Sheraton Sopot and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and special seaside getaway!

1 toaleta na plaży, to zdecydowanie za mało, do tego niesprzątana cały dzień…, śmieci wylewające się z kosza przy Starbucks (oznaczonego jako Sherton Sopot), sprzedaż łóżek na plaży osobom trzecim, w sytuacji gdy nie ma miejsc na plaży dla gości hotelu

Bin jedes Jahr hier , empfehle das Hotel zum Strandurlaub !
Pros:

Sauberes Hotel , direkte Strandlage , große Zimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne ebenso Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer finde ich toll . Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas in Jahre gekommen, keine komplette Abdunkeln des Zimmers beim Schlafen da die Vorhänge Licht durchlassen .

Lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania i restauracja w której można było zamówić normalny obiad

Cons:

Na hotelowej plaży jedna ogólnie dostępna toaleta, w której przez dwa dni nie było papieru toaletowego.
Rozumiem, że bary plażowe są dostępne nie tylko dla gości hotelowych, ale toalety powinny być dwie - jedna dla gości, druga dla pozostałych osób.
