Important information:

The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

Остались только положительные эмоции! Отель супер! Чистые номера, постельное, кровать очень удобная, еда вкусная, спа зона большая, бассейн, бани на любой вкус! Персонал очень внимательный, приветливый. Отмечала в этом отели день рождение, осталась очень довольна! От отеля был комплимент в номере, что очень приятно! Рекомендую!

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, wysokiej jakości pościel, dobre śniadanie, bliskość plaży.

Cons:

Dziury w zasłonach, wiatr hulający przez nieszczelne okna, brak możliwości indywidualnego ustawienia temperatury w pokoju i okropne kolacje. Zimno przeokrutnie! Brak możliwości wyłaczania świateł w całym pokoju z łóżka bardzo niewygodny.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds in the rooms, great hotel location, and a pleasant SPA

Cons:

Disappointing service. The service was a major letdown. We celebrated our wedding in Sopot and pre-paid for four family rooms via Booking.com. Despite the advance payment, the check-in process was a mess. Our guests arrived at different times; while some were checked in without issue, others were asked to pay again upon arrival. For some of our guests, check-in took over 30 minutes because the staff couldn’t figure out the reservation—even though other members of the same group had already been settled in under the exact same booking.
At check-out, the staff asked inappropriate and redundant questions about our citizenship. This felt completely unnecessary given that they had already requested and seen our Polish ID cards during check-in.
Room service was also poor: it took an hour just to get champagne glasses delivered to the room. Furthermore, in the superior room, the air conditioning was faulty; the temperature wouldn’t rise above 21°C, making for a very cold and uncomfortable night.

Nightmare getting here and luggage lost did get It later obviously nothing to do with hotel though that one, so rough day get to hotel and check in nightmare rooms not ready fair enough we were early, so wait till 15:00 our check in time hmm no room not ready so after a terrible day the room was ready for us over an hour late, they did try to sort it with a complementary dinner which we did have to argue about with the restaurant staff, so far really wouldn’t recommend the Sheraton Sopot give it a miss

Lokalizacja super, restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem, niestety pogoda była jak nad naszym morzem, ale na to nikt nie ma wpływu, polecam zdecydowanie.

Aufenthalt in Sopot, einem grandiosen Ort nahe Danzig
Pros:

Bad im Zimmer toll, ruhige Schiebetür ohne Schwelle, Dusche und Badewanne im 3 Bett Zimmer, sehr luxerös, King Size Bett sehr bequem, Kaffemaschine im Raum, wenig Schrankfläche, aber ist sicher nur für einen 3 tägigen Urlaub geplant. Viele Gäste, eher Dienstreisende im Hotel, sehr spannend.
Danzig ist per S-Bahn erreichbar, Tageskarte incl. Straßenbahn kostet ca. 7 Euro, Haltestellen alle fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, Sopot sowie Danzig, toll. Euro werden kaum genommen, aber es ist alles per Karte bezahlbar, auch Kleinstbeträge. Toller Sandstrand, kilometerweit begehbar, alle 200 m Gaststätten in den Dünen, dort müssen die WC bezahlt werden 5 Zl oder 1 Euro. Fahrradweg bis Danzig super ausgebaut, schade dass der normale Radverleih noch nicht offen war, dafür aber die E Bikes und E Roller per App. Seebrücke nimmt Eintritt, ab 19 Uhr nicht mehr.

Cons:

Essenraum zu klein für das große Hotel, (unsere Empfindung) wir hatten mit Halbpension (Half Boarding) gebucht, da es sich anbot, bei der Ankunft feierte eine Gesellschaft dort Geburtstag, recht laut im Raum, der Kellner vertröstete uns um 19 Uhr eine Stunde, dann eine weitere, dann wollte er uns noch eine weitere Stunde vertrösten, bzw. abwimmeln, damit ging es mit nicht gut, nach 3 Stunden kam erst das Angebot uns das Essen im Barbereich zu servieren. Man bedenke, 5 Sterne Hotel! Der Koch hat alles gegeben und uns mit der Halbpension ausgesöhnt. Es wird englisch oder polnisch gesprochen. Von Rostock nach Sopot hatten wir 7 Stunden Anreise, die Autobahn, bzw. Schnellstraße befindet sich noch im letzten Bauabschnitt.

Lyxigt hotell med ett otroligt läge - jag är mer än nöjd!
Pros:

Väldigt fint hotell nära till stranden och hjärtat i Sopot. Rummet var exakt som på bilderna och hade skön säng, alla tillbehör man kan tänka sig och en fantastiskt havsutsikt precis som lovat. Personalen var trevlig och hotellfrukosten en utav de bästa jag någonsin upplevt. Lyxigt ställe som helt klart är värt sitt pris! Är väldigt nöjd och kommer bo här igen 😊
