Pros:

The location and the environment is beautiful, the people there were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

The place did not have back up electricity. We didn't have electricity every night for 2night we were there. We struggled with loadshedding for some time, I would expect a place like this to have backup electricity. Their food was not great except the first night we got there. Their wifi is not protected, which exposes our gadgets to fraud while there is no network so you are forced to use that wifi.

The breakfast was perfect, we enjoyed it very much. The play is clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pools as well.

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed about the tennis area because we were looking forward to playing it. We didn't have enough drinking water in our rooms as well as a dustbin

It was excellent 👌🏽
Pros:

The food was excellent, the room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The reception staff went above and beyond by organizing our game drive and preparing a packed breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the property and would gladly return.

Great location and venue, can only get better with time based on customer experience & feedback.
Pros:

The resort has well maintained gardens & buildings and has a Greece like feel to the architecture. Staff are friendly and the rooms were super clean. WiFi was stable and fast. Check in is easy and quick.

Cons:

The shower head in our bathroom needs replacement with a modern one that does not make noise whilst showering. Also, the shower head should evenly distribute the water whilst showering.

Cons:

We arrived at 24.00 hours and our booking had been canceled though we did say we would come in late. We were supposedly upgraded to a suite, but it was only for the night. We were then downgraded the next day. To a standard room instead of a deluxe as booked and as seen on pictures

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Estávamos de passagem na cidade e escolhemos o hotel para passar a noite. Hotel maravilhoso, jantar espetacular. No dia seguinte pudemos ver um pouco mais do hotel e ficamos com vontade de estender uma diária para poder aproveitar mais o hotel. Ficará para a próxima. Indico com certeza.
