Locazione ok. Cura pulizia e personale no. Più accortezza in tutto

Una bella struttura a livello di locazione e ben servita x i bimbi piccoli con area giochi.

Cons:

“Suite”.
Pulizia e cura 0.
Gabinetto mancante di tavola più chiedere la tazza.
Pareti macchiate così come le seconde coperte che erano dentro l’armadio, idem per il tessuto delle lampade.
Personale gentile ma non professionale.
Receptionist che non sapeva cosa fosse un adattatore.
Si notava una grande barriera linguistica all’interno del
Hotel ecco.

Abbiamo dormito una notte .comodo il letto e tutta la camera in se a parte le testate sulle travi 🤪.e la doccia del vicino che praticamente si sente come se fosse in camera colazione davvero super

Recomendado sin dudas alguna.
Pros:

Es un lugar súper recomendado. Por error tuvimos que adelantar la fecha una noche y nos apoyaron sin problema. Check in a las 11:55pm por un vuelo atrasado y nos ayudaron. Desayuno justo y la atención a 1000

La posizione, la struttura totalmente ristrutturata,il personale, la sala colazione e la colazione stessa: varia e composta da pietanze fresche. Inoltre è possibile fare colazione fino alle ore 10:00 .. cosa non scontata.

Cons:

Avrei dato un 10. Ho dato un 9 solo per una ragione: la suite dove ho alloggiato 10 notti era composta da camera e da una sorta di salotto. La luce del salotto non funzionava e, nonostante abbia avvisato il personale appena dopo aver effettuato il check in non mi è mai stata riparata. Ergo, il salotto dopo il tramonto era inutilizzabile.

Not what we expected
Pros:

It was good value for money, suites had a balcony, breakfast was really nice. Staff on the last few days were really lovely. The location is amazing and the hotel seems very nice from outside.

Cons:

The facilities felt outdated with marks in the bathroom, on the walls, one room had 2 extra beds in it that were broken, not sure if they were just being stored there. The guy at the reception desk felt like he couldn’t be bothered being there and that reflected in the communication. We were told the breakfast was available from 7:30 but every morning when we left around 7:00 the breakfast was open, unfortunately we missed out as we didn’t plan for it. It didn’t feel like we got what was described and shown in the pictures. Definitely not as good as the review score.
