Abbiamo trascorso una splendida notte io e il mio ragazzo in questo hotel a Selvino. La struttura è molto bella, moderna, pulita e accogliente, perfetta per un weekend rilassante. La vista è fantastica e rende l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole. Il personale alla reception è gentile e disponibile, e la colazione è buona e completa. Il prezzo è ottimo per la qualità offerta. Complessivamente, è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole che consigliamo!

The Breakfast was good

second time stayed in this Hotel. 1st time was excellent after 3 years we went again where they gave us a tiny room no worries I changed it and payed. As well they asked for a small payment for the parking. For me a Hotel should have a free parking for clients.

First day we went out, when we arrived at the hotel around 16.00hrs they didn't clean the room. The day after we left the hotel when I spoke to the reception she told me that the maid knocked the door, and nobody respond of course as we weren't there. As a person that worked in Hotels Maids used to knock the door and if there was no response they enter and clean the room as other hotels we stayed in the do that. Reception pretend that we should told reception in the evening when we was tired.

Monica la ragazza dell’animazione è l’anima della struttura.
Anche il personale di sala, sempre molto educato e disponibile.

Cons:

La reception potrebbe dimostrarsi più accogliente e accomodante nei confronti degli ospiti, a tratti poca organizzazione tra richieste inviate e registrazione delle stesse.
Sala pappe non funzionante, se non per il microonde.
La suite aveva il wc rotto e muffa in doccia essendo un 4 stelle non dovrebbe verificarsi.
