Location is amazing. Property is clean and rooms are silent enough. The amenities are also sufficient and correspond with the price and rating.
The bathroom was a bit disappointing and could be improved. Window didn't close properly either.

The property is great value for money. The rooms are a lot bigger than standard rooms across Paris and extremely comfortable.
The staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. Mamadou was so lovely throughout the length of the stay!
I had a booking but were rejected by the hotel staff as I got my 6 years olds kids with me during check-in. Online they says kids under 12 stays free..So I was confident to bring my kids..this was so stressful..we were from another country..kids were so tired..I got a son with autism who is losing patience…The reception has asked me to pay m twice than my paid booking…and insist that my kids will need to stay to another room which I feel very unsafe..we will never recommend this hotel for families..
Excellent accueil par les différents membres du personnel, que ce soit au check-in, à la sortie et pour avoir accepté de garder mes valises jusqu'au moment de mon départ en fin de journée. La qualité de la literie est également à souligner et j'ai passé une merveilleuse nuit.

Wonderful staff, strong and consistent air conditioning in the rooms, comfortable bed, & central location.
The carpeting in the rooms could be removed. The lift left a little dodgy.
