The young man who was there when we checked in, was there that night, and was there early in the morning (does he ever get any time off?) was wonderful!

Cons:

Elevator was a bit shabby and dirty.

Gave us a room that was already given to another guest, when we got a room someone tried to enter ours, our room cards stopped working, I was over charged for the room.

Nothing except the location.

Cons:

We had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk agent to check us in. He was actually sleeping.
We asked for another room because the sheets were very dirty.
The rooms are smelly.
The coffee is undrinkable and the breakfast minimal.

If in this area again, will book with Clarion Pointe.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast during visit.
Location was convenient to several fast food options, but we thoroughly enjoyed the Milan Indian Restaurant! Their food was excellent, drinks were amazing, and the staff was phenomenal!
