The location was easy to find, everyone was very courteous and helpful, and the hotel was very nice and clean!

Cons:

Hotel was very difficult to find!! Travel is heavy so there’s not a lot of time to look. Most people are looking for a building not a sign.

Avoid this place. Too much aggravation.

The hotel is clean and the room is nice.

Cons:

Hotel staff is completely incompetent. They could not find the record of my reservation when I checked in then they charged me the wrong amount on my credit card. When I checked out, I got a printed receipt for one amount, and then a charge on my credit card for more.when I called the hotel to ask about that, it took me five calls to actually get through to the front desk. They told me they had no record at all of my stay there. The charge is now in dispute with the credit card company. I’m happy that I got a printed receipt.

very satisfied
Pros:

front desk nice, room nice, was able to check in earlier, nice breakfast!! and had fitness room location was good (entry from the road was a little rough)

Cons:

was hard to find at first since it's behind another building and turniong in from the south was a nail biter
