Leider war das Zimmer weder sauber noch gepflegt. Es war sehr heruntergekommen und überall war Dreck, insbesondere im Badezimmer waren diverse nicht identifizierbare braune Flecken an den Wänden. Das Hotel und die Zimmer haben unangenehm gerochen und bis 3 Uhr war aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht an schlafen zu denken und ab 6 Uhr war es wieder so laut das man wach wurde. Die Bilder bei der Buchung spiegeln das Hotel definitiv nicht wieder, sodass wir zuerst dachten wir wären im Flaschen Hotel gelandet.

A nossa estadia neste hotel foi, infelizmente, a pior de toda a viagem pela Turquia. Destaco vários pontos críticos:
*1. Atendimento ao cliente:*
O atendimento foi péssimo. A senhora da receção (presente durante o dia) foi extremamente antipática, com má disposição constante. Chegámos a vê-la a ver TikTok enquanto atendia os hóspedes. Não sei se era a proprietária, mas se for, ainda mais grave.
*2. Quarto inaceitável:*
Ficámos no 4.º andar (sem elevador). Ao entrar no quarto, estavam cerca de 40 °C e o ar condicionado não funcionava corretamente — não emitia ar fresco.
A alcatifa estava suja e muito antiga (ver fotos). O caixote do lixo ainda tinha resíduos dos hóspedes anteriores e, para piorar, havia uma barata na varanda.
*3. Resposta da receção:*
Pedimos calmamente para trocar de quarto, pois a minha mulher tem fobia de baratas. A resposta foi seca: que iam mandar limpar, e que não havia outro quarto disponível. Voltei para. Quarto para ver outras opções de estadia e verifiquei que tinha disponíbilidade no mesmo hotel. Após voltar a ter a ao e depois de insistirmos novamente é que nos trocaram de quarto.
*4. Segundo quarto:*
Mesmo após a troca, o novo quarto tinha o AC fraco e foi necessário deixá-lo ligado as 24h para manter uma temperatura minimamente confortável. A alcatifa continuava suja, havia lixo no chão e o papel de parede estava rasgado. O frigorífico não tinha suporte.
*5. Pequeno-almoço:*
O pequeno-almoço turco era fraco, com poucas opções e os alimentos estavam expostos ao calor na zona exterior e as moscas. Não têm noção de como os alimentos devem ser acondicionados. A frigideira dos ovos estava preta de restos de comida queimada apresentado um aspeto de muito uso mas sem limpeza.

*Conclusão:*
Não recomendo este hotel. Péssimas condições de higiene, mau atendimento e zero sensibilidade para lidar com os clientes. Há opções muito melhores na região.

It is the second time I have stayed at the Orsmaris and it's a super small hotel with good facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend . At the quieter end of Marmaris
Location good. Quieter part of Marmaris. Breakfast good.
Many stairs up to room difficult to carry heavy cases up these!.
Used bottles in room fridge and clothes in wardrobe.Toilet seat kept falling off. Shower wouldn't stay in overhead fitting so just had to use as handheld.
Pool area is nice.
Small beach area is ok.
Overall not a place we would return to.
I booked a room with sea view , terrace 3 months before my stay ! And when i got there they gave me a room with side view , with like 30 cm terrace side from the sea , which u can barely stand there not to sit or drink or eat ! When i talked to the staff he coldly said that he does not have another room with. Sea view and if he had an empty one he would give ! What about my extra money ?

It was a bit old in some parts (the toilet seat was broken) and didn’t seem the cleanest.
I would have loved this property if it had parking , elivator (4 th floor and carying bags up stairs).
Bed's were good but very soft.
Probably because the price was so low - the facilities were very moderate. Was ok for 1 night, but would never have stayed there for longer than that.
The bed was far too soft, the toilet seat was broken, very dark lighting. Just a very basic room in a very basic hotel. The breakfast was also very basic.
Having spent a few previous nights staying in different hotels across Turkey which had hard beds, the soft bed felt like luxury. Good water pressure out the shower albeit, the shower was broken.
No elevator to top (4th) floor. Got my steps in though! Breakfast was always an omelette and i don't eat eggs so limited to cucumber or cereal. Restaurant service was mostly controlled by the boss so every time i wanted something, it was a waiter just pointing at the boss and saying "talk to him" who was mostly playing with his electric canopy. Shower head bracket was broken so i had to hold the shower. A/C above the door so can't control it from the bed if you wanted to turn it down at night, you had to get up.
It had direct access to the beach
The hotel said it had parking, when we arrived no parking was available. The room looked like it hadn’t been decorated since the 90s and was not clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The staff at reception were rude on multiple occasions. This is not worth the money
