Cons:

Personnel peu attentif au réservation et peu compréhensif quand je leur ai expliqué mon soucis.
À mon arrivée on m’annonce une chambre sans petit déjeuner. En vérifiant dans la soirée je me rends compte que j’y ai accès. Le lendemain matin n’ayant pas eu les informations sur le petit déjeuner, on m’a proposé de partir avec une viennoiserie et un gobelet de café (pour 15€ c’est un peu exagéré). Aucunes excuses, aucun remboursement.

Excellent stay with outstanding service
I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Paris-Auteuil. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to public transportation and convenient connections to explore Paris.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming.
A special mention goes to the lady at the reception who handled my check-in. She provided excellent service, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her warm attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference and is a great reflection of the hotel’s hospitality.
