Pros:

nice front desk staff, decent room amenities (coffee, soap etc)

Cons:

horrible sheets, very tired and shoddy furniture. average lighting, missing basics like shower cap.

Affordable but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

It suited our needs, was clean and well presented, was budget friendly and the receptionist upon getting was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom design was terrible. The shower flooded into it and the sink overflowed, flooding the whole bathroom. Honesty, the worst design I’ve ever seen. Had to use our towels to mop up and when I told the receptionist at checkout, he immediately dismissed it. No apology or acknowledgment of the terrible design. It was stressful for my daughter and me, as we were worried about damaging property.

A comfortable pleasant hotel with exceptional staff and management.
Pros:

The friendly and very helpful staff. It was my birthday and I received a very unexpected bottle of wine and cake.
As an older person I found the use of ramps rather than stairs made getting around easy. The location was easy to reach via taxi and close to major attractions.

Cons:

The lack of hot water for our shower the next day. However, the manager quickly resolved that and offered to move us to another room or use facilities in another room. We chose the latter but unfortunately the shower was so high that I couldn't adjust it as I am a short person and it resulted in copious amounts of water over the floor of the shower and beyond. This could have resulted in a fall.
The food was very expensive (small steak and fries no vegetables $48) and limited in choice if you didn't want to eat pizza.

Great for a short stay for a single person
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet and private. The shower was fantastic, great water pressure. The library bar is a cute and cozy area for a quick drink or snacks.

Cons:

no kettle to boil water for tea. somewhat unclear instructions on how to contact reception - my room was pretty close to the lobby so I could make the quick trip down but might not be convenient for everyone
