Es kam leider gar nicht zum Aufenthalt im Hotel, weil dort gar nicht hinkamen: Baustellen / Drogen M

Die Lage und Erreichbarkeit: wir konnten den Aufenthalt gar nicht wahrnehmen wg unzumutbarer Erreichbarkeit: Baustellen rund ums Hotel und Drogenabhängige / Polizeiaufgebot in der Moselstraße...- ich war echt "traumatisiert" / schockiert und wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel in Frankfurt suchen (auch über Booking.com- Das Fleming). Eine doppelte Buchung müsste bei Ihnen vorliegen. 25h hatte ich per SMS abgesagt / tel landete nur in HH. 25 h zeigte sich kulant, aber verwies auf Buchung über Booking.com.

Das Hotel kann nichts für die Lage. Das ist aber auch der absolut einzige Dämpfer. Aber trotz Bahnhofsviertel fühlt man sich zu keiner Zeit unsicher.
