Pros:

Schönes Hotel inmitten einer unschönen Gegend.

Cons:

Die Dämmung, wenn in anderen Zimmer/im Flur eine Türe geschlossen wurde, hat man das im Zimmer gehört. Gerade in den Nacht und Morgenstunden ist das bei einem leichten Schlaf suboptimal. Nach Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde das Problem abgewiegelt.

Zentrale Lage, moderne und ruhige Zimmer, kostenlose Minibar, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Unsafe area. I won’t return.
Pros:

I like the bit different atmosphere. It is easy and relaxed.

Cons:

First, the location. It is in the middle of one of the worst areas in Frankfurt. There are drug addicts, homeless people, game parlors and other parlors around it. It was a first for me not to feel safe.
Second, the heating is a nightmare. It is only through the AC meaning that the floors and the bathroom is freezing cold.

Sehr zentral aber das tägliche Schauspiel der Drogenleichen ist schwer zu ertragen

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein und die Umgebung des Hotels ist alles andere als einladend. Bedingt durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und den anschließenden Strassen ist der nächtliche Lärmpegel enorm und die Fenster sind eher schlecht gegen den Schall isoliert, also unbedingt darauf achten, dass man kein Zimmer zur Straße bekommt.
