Erg leuk hotel met een fijne sfeer op een prima locatie.
Pros:

Leuke sfeer, ruime kamers, alles netjes op orde. Veel energie gestopt in details zoals een speakers, leentas en accessoires in de kamer.

Extremely noisy party in the yard until 4 am; hotel is located on a street full of addicts, didn’t feel safe walking there even during the day

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Pros:

25Hrs-Style, schickes Design, inklusive Dach Terrasse, Lobby etwas schummrig. Ich war in diversen 25hrs, zB das Hotel in Florenz ist mega, auch das Hotel in München sehr stylisch. Das Hotel in Frankfurt ist damit nicht zu vergleichen!

Cons:

Die Lage ist krass! Direkt vor dem Hotel campieren Drogenabhängige, alles voller Müll, zerbrochene Flaschen, Spritzen, alles im Angebot. Nachts gerne Geschreie und Flaschen fliegen. Von Polizei nichts zu sehen. Es ist erschreckend und macht traurig direkt mit dem Elend dieser Menschen konfrontiert zu sein. Das Frühstück war für diesen Preis eine Unverschämtheit. So gab es zB kein frisches Obst. Mein Zimmer war mini. Warum gibt es freien Durchblick auf die Toilette (siehe Foto) seinem Mitbewohner beim Duschen zuzuschauen geht ja noch ok. Aber aufm Pott will man doch seine Privatsphäre haben! Welcher Architekt denkt sich so was aus? Speer?

Nice hotel in the middle of a open air drug market
Pros:

The hotel is nice and staff friendly.

The area is unsafe (think of Kensington Philadelphia or the set of Christiane F).

That means junkies using and dealing right in front and all around the hotel at all times day and night.

I felt unsafe coming and going wearing a business suit and a laptop bag.

The hotel description of the area on the website is farcical.

Sehr chillig, alles sehr liebevoll, freundlich und außergewöhnlich gestaltet.
Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ein sehr aufmerksamer Empfang, fantastische Küche, sehr gute Matratzen und sehr beeindruckende Einrichtung.

Great and would stay again
Pros:

I really like this hotel brand - good and trendy facilities, very close to train station, confortable and spacious rooms. Stayed for 1 night, so couldn't really test other services they offer.

Cons:

The hotel is close to the train station, so one should be conscious of the neighbourhood. Hotel is secure and silent, but worth flagging.
