My stay was terrible, had to switch rooms because bathroom was not clean and the other room had bugs

Room good, staff is mediocre
Pros:

The hotel room was amazing, I have no complaints on that. The staff was the issue. They gave me a key to an ALREADY OCCUPIED ROOM. There was a woman in that room and I am a grown man. I know for a fact that this single incident was incredibly SCARY for that woman, wondering why the hell I'm trying to get into her room. And it was HIGHLY EMBARASSING for me.

Then comes morning time room service knocks on my room at 9AM. I make them aware that I am still occupying the room I'm in. They COME BACK less than 10-15 minutes later knocking on my door AGAIN.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. The front desk doesn't have to do much but sit in a chair most of the time. For them to muck up this job and also put other people in potential danger is disgusting. Simultaneously, the staff that knocked on my door twice and didn't communicate to each other is ridiculous. I didn't even get to doze back off for a couple of minutes because of this.

Everything was great except the water in room 114 didnt get hot when I tryed to shower at 4 am. But at 7 when I tryed again ay 7 it was hot.

Cons:

The water in the shower wouldn't get hot at 4 am. I ran it and ran it...by 7 it was hot.

I charged twice for my my room and the woman at the front desk couldn’t help and wound charging me a third time.
