Starke Empfehlung.
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers ist für mich zufriedenstellend. Über die Sauberkeit kann ich nur positiv äußern. Es gibt einen "Sitzplatz" in der Dusche meines Zimmers. Man kann sitzend duschen.

Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption sind freundlich, sie antworten auf meine Anfrage/Bedürfnisse verantwortlich und verständlich. Ein frühes Check-in ist am frühsten um 11 Uhr möglich, man zahlt eine Gebühr von 30 Euro.

Das Hotel befindet sich quasi direkt des Münchner Hauptbahnhof gegenüber. Wenn man zum Marienplatz mit der U-Bahn fährt, dauert gar nicht lang. Zu Fuß zum Marienplatz verbraucht man stattdessen ca. 25 Minuten.

Ich bedanke mich für die Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden und Reinigungskräfte im Hotel.

Cons:

Dazu habe ich ja nichts zu sagen.

A great hotel in the city centre.

Cons:

Even I had submitted request for bedding type in both rooms this was not done. Also I had filled online form to avoid waiting at reception still we needed like 15 minutes check in procedure. The lady from Greece at desk was very helpful and accommodating.

いろいろ有ったからかランクアップしてもらえた。

Cons:

予約されていないと言われ、同行者の名ではとっていないと言ってもパスポートを見せろと言われたり、結局泊まれる事になったことをちゃんと説明無く、進められた。日本との違いを感じた。

Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Welcome Begrüßung Snacks auf meinem Zimmer.

Cons:

Von der Fernbedienung hat die Abdeckung von den Batterien gefehlt. Ein Rezeptions Mitarbeiter war nicht ganz ehrlich.
