את העובדה שהזמנו את המלון ולא הסכימו להפעיל המזגן בטענה שעד 3.7 לא מפעילים מיזוג.
לא מופיע בהזמנה
הזמנתי חדר עם מזגן ונאלצתי להיות בו ב37 מעלות בחום נוראי בלי מזגן

Modern - aber diese Badtür?!
Pros:

-sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer und Bad
-gutes Frühstück
-nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und zur nächsten U-Bahn Station
-München-Innenstadt auch fußläufig erreichbar
-wir konnten sogar frühzeitig einchecken und ansonsten hätten wir unser Gepäck dort ohne Weiteres deponieren können
-nettes Personal

Cons:

-die Bad-Schiebetür ist einfach nur ein Witz. Man kann durch den Schlitz zwischen Bad und Zimmer direkt ins Bad bzw. direkt aufs Klo schauen. Man hört alles, riecht und sieht alles. Wer hat diese Tür konzipiert?! Ansonsten ist das Bad sauber und modern
-doch recht enges Zimmer - vielleicht hätte 1 Tisch im Raum gereicht
-bis spät in die Nacht laute Geräuschkulisse von der Straße her (sehr viele Personen von Junggesellen-Abschiede in den umliegenden Hotels, die doch etwas lauter waren)

Value for money, central location near hauptbahnof. Muslim food available nearby.

A reasonable city centre stay
Pros:

The hotel suited us well as it was close to the central railway station. Our room was quiet and of adequate size and there was space to store clothing; it also had a working safe. The bed was comfortable and lighting was good. The buffet breakfast offered a good range of food and drink.

Cons:

The two table tops in the room gave very little space to stand everyday items.
Staff in the breakfast room were unable to replenish crockery and food items, the latter being offered on small dishes and were quickly taken up; on our first morning only one cereal bowl was available. There was an issue with ants near the juice dispensers together with an overwhelming smell of vinegar.
A problem with the lift on our check-out was a challenge. The offer of help was declined as there was no indication of availability and we had a train to catch.
