Hotel Centrale Byron

A nice area with lots of dining choices. Breakfast was good with great coffee.
The air conditioning didn't really cool the room, but able to open window for fresh air..a little street noise but not a problem. The funky oart wad was the shower, seemed like awkward to step in safley..and no anti slip mat.

It was clean and quiet. It is in a perfect area for train and excellent restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect location.

Loved that it incredibly central to the museums, shops transportation and restaurants . As a female solo traveller first time in Ravenna I felt incredibly safe with the 24/7 front desk staff. Whoever was on the desk were incredibly helpful and always with complete sincererity. The breakfast was varied and delicious items toped up regularly. The wait staff also very friendly and eager to assist. I would give them 20 stars out of 10!

Reception were very helpful . Beds comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied with as you would expect in Italy, good coffee! The location of the hotel is great. Just off the main square with a variety of shops and restaurants.Highly recommended at a reasonable price.

Very helpful front desk clerk with very good English language skills. Really appreciated our bags being brought up for us after a tiring day of travel.

There is nothing to dislike about staying here.
Great facilities and a wide selection for breakfast at the Hotel.
Staff very helpful with local information.
Buses are nearby and will get you to the Station, Beach and other Historical Sites.

We arrived late and the front desk seemed annoyed. They barely looked up from their computer and didn’t seem to have an interest in answering our questions. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last people left. There was hair in the shower and a thick layer of dust on lamps and fixtures.The mirror in the bathroom also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was basically a piece of cardboard. The front desk the next day was incredibly kind and helpful and even held our luggage for us while we went out for the morning. The location is very central and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, it was very dirty.
