I feel this was a relaxing getaway and I enjoyed the friendly staff. I was there to visit the cavern and a dinner cruise adventure

Pros:

The facility was really nice, the location is great, enjoyed the stay!

Cons:

The bathtub was super slippery almost fell when I got in it to shower the first time, they should have bath mats available.

Our view of the pond was beautiful.

Cons:

Shower handle was a little complicated. Although I was finally able to get the shower to work, It was not user friendly. The facility can use more furniture and decor to bring in warmth and comfort.

Very welcoming staff. A nice size room . The bed was especially comfortable.

Cons:

We felt that the shower/ tub was dangerous for exiting. There were no wall handles at the shower head area or the wall where a person would exit the tub. This is an accident waiting to happen. Please consider these issues as you modernize these rooms in the future.

Cute place and would stay again
Pros:

The ponds and bungalows gave the place a seriously cool vibe. The pool and spa were nice and they even allowed me early use in the morning. Bed was ok. Everything felt fairly new.

Cons:

The new faucets had to be demonstrated for shower usage.
