Pros:

The layout of the complex was nice.

Cons:

Virtually no staff. We needed things from both front desk and maintenance
It was the clerk that checked us in that finally showed up. They didn't have enough staff.

Nice setting next to river and garden, comfortable with a dog.
Pros:

Easy to find the hotel just out of free way, but quiet, it's located next to river and surrounding by gardens, good dog walk! The room was clean and spacious, comfortable with our dog. Restaurant is next to the hotel, so convenient, but the dinner was over priced and not good, but breakfast was good.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, I could not sleep.

Excellent Place to Stay
Pros:

Beautiful, safe, and secure place to stay with great amenities and wonderful on-site restaurant! The grounds are well-lit, with security, and although the property is under construction, the staff was accommodating and the Hamburger @ the restaurant was the BEST BURGER EVER!!!!!

Our favorite place in Anderson
Pros:

This trip is for family fun. We live in Napa and adore this spot. Love the peaceful river and the beautiful courtyard with water fountains. We’ve enjoyed breakfast and dinners at the Woodside Grill. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We’ve stayed here many times over the last two years. Love seeing all the new remodels and landscaping.

Affordable. Pet friendly, lovely spa hotel
Pros:

This place really has the feel of a resort hotel and was well-maintained. Several buildings clustered around landscaped grounds. Very pet-friendly and the on site restaurant was quite good.

Cons:

I had a second floor room and there was not elevator, so it was challenging lugging my bag up and down stairs. They were undergoing renovation so check in was tucked out of the way. Lovely property

This is the hidden jewel of the Redding area.
Pros:

This hotel is great. Right on I-5 but not too noisy. Really convenient to the Redding airport. They are working on the facility to make it even better, so you have to deal with a relocated check-in lobby right now. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool is lovely. I want to try the spa....maybe next time:)

Cons:

Nothing not to like about this property. It's a few miles away from Redding, but the restaurant and bar is wonderful, so you really don't need to leave the property once you check in.
