La struttura è ben organizzata ma per il prezzo che ho pagato sarebbe stato opportuno non farmi pagare gli ingressi alla spa e alle piscine, il ristorante merita, le piscine sono enormi e benefiche.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Tivoli oder Rom.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr höflich, als wir bei Anreise erwähnten, dass wir explizit ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht hatten - alles wurde dahingehend innerhalb von Minuten angepasst. Auch die Informationen für die Umgebung und die Nutzung der Badelandschaft waren sehr gut. Wer hier den Geruch nach "faulen Eiern" bemängelt, wie in einigen Bewertungen gelesen, sollte sich daran erinnern, dass wir von Schwefelbädern sprechen, die von vielen Gästen sehr geschätzt werden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht übermäßig üppig, bezogen auf die Auswahl. Der Kaffee ist hingegen sehr gut.

Che sia natale o ferragosto una struttura a 4 stelle deve avere una manutenzione pronta ad intervenire.... dopo aver avuto perdite d'acqua che dal bagno sono arrivate in camera da letto la struttura nn ha provveduto alla riparazione proponendoci di dividere la famiglia con 2 bambini(1 disabile) in camere separate per di più distanti tra di loro .....essendo ferragosto nn ho voluto creare ulteriori problemi alla struttura siamo rimasti nella stanza danneggiata e nn ce stato offerto neanche un piccolo rimborso ...........il personale è stato gentile purtroppo nn basta la gentilezza per gestire un hotel da 4 stelle

Stanze comode e pulite

Cons:

Servizio aperitivo inadeguato, la cameriera si dimenticava fli ordini e non sapeva neanche quale gin c'era nei cocktail. Assurdo far pagare a parte la sdraio in piscina 5 euro in più quando un cliente per una notte spende oltre 200 euro. Stesso discorso per il parcheggio, assurdo pagare 3 euro a parte quando si è ospiti. Spa adatta per gli anziani, ambienti interni simili ad una Rsa.
