Ho soggiornato nella struttura per una sola notte e di passaggio. Sono arrivato alle 19 e partito alle 08.30. Non posso valutare i servizi nel complesso. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, avevo una doppia come singola, forse come doppia sarebbe un po' piccolina.
Frigo bar molto rumoroso, ho dovuto staccare la spina per dormire. Per il resto tutto bene.

Struttura molto bella e tranquilla, piscina in un bel giardino, camere ampie e moderne. Ottima pulizia e gentilezza del personale.
La colazione abbondante ma non ottima...brioches decongelate e alcuni dolci non sembravano artigianali. Cmq sufficiente.

Heureusement les nuits étaient fraîches cria cela nous a permis de bien dormir sans Clim
Colazione ricca di diversi dolci e torte. Parcheggio ampio. Posizione tranquilla ma a breve distanza dalla città di Lucca. Stanze ampie rinnovate di recente come i bagni.
Terminerei il rinnovo della struttura relativamente ai corridoi ancora da sistemare.

Héél vriendelijk personeel, vooral Sara heeft ons erg goed bediend bij het lekkere avondeten! Ook de receptie was super behulpzaam.
Ontbijt was vrij beperkt en veel dingen waren op, werd met moeite bijgevuld.

Quando si esce dalla stanza si sentono i profumi della cucina, poi le camere sono poco insonorizzate.
Sehr alte Möbel, im Zimmer riecht es unangenehm und die Handtücher sind schmutzig. Definitiv überbewertet und viel zu teuer für das, was angeboten wird.
