La piscina y la amplitud de la habitación.
Pedí una plancha al mediodía y, después de utilizarla, la guardé en el armario. Al parecer, cuando hicieron la habitación, abrieron el armario y cogieron la tabla de planchar portátil y la plancha. Por tanto, tocaron mis cosas personales, mis objetos personales y mi ropa, que tenía guardada en el armario.
Cuando volví a la habitación, vi que esos objetos ya no estaban y, por tanto, supe que habían tocado mis cosas. Bajé a recepción y se lo comenté a la recepcionista, quien me dijo que eso no se debía hacer y que tomaba nota.
Volví a la habitación y, la verdad, me pareció una situación muy incómoda y muy violenta, pero entendí que se daría una solución o que se tomaría alguna medida al respecto.
Sin embargo, al día siguiente, durante el check-out, en ningún momento se me preguntó qué tal había sido mi estancia. Tampoco se me pidió disculpas por parte del recepcionista, ni habló conmigo el director o el jefe de recepción.
Por tanto, considero que esto demuestra una falta de profesionalidad, tanto por parte de la persona que hizo la habitación como por parte del equipo de recepción.
Además de todo esto, se podía ver claramente que la moqueta de la planta estaba rota y que el mobiliario de la habitación era muy anticuado. Es decir, la estancia ha sido realmente pésima, pero principalmente por la incomodidad y la sensación de vulneración que supone que alguien haya estado hurgando entre tus cosas personales.

Rechttoe rechtaan hotel met alles wat nodig is aan boord. Groot, feitelijk vooral zakelijk ingericht hotel. Ook op vergaderingen ingesteld. Perfecte eigen parkeergarage.
Kamer met goede bedden, goede badkamer, airco. Eenvoudige maaltijden verkrijgbaar. Ontbijt in orde.
Vier keer naar de receptie geweest om de sleutelkaart telkens opnieuw te laten programmeren, grrr. Geen spoor van een ‘sorry’ …

We booked this hotel because we wanted to visit Cacares, and we chose a hotel with swimming pool and parking.
The strength of the hotel lies in the staff - they are all professional and efficient. However, we can’t think of any other positive features of the hotel.
We loved Cacares - it is really worth visiting, and we would certainly visit the city again - it’s very beautiful, with well preserved medieval buildings.
This hotel is good if you are there for a corporate meeting - it seemed a lot of people were.
However, In all the travelling we have done in Spain, we have never felt so disappointed as we do with our hotel stay here. We were quite prepared to take taxis to get to the historic old town, but nothing prepared us to spend an hour or more waiting to return because there aren’t enough taxis in the city.
The hotel is average, shabby, uninteresting and uninspiring. The beds are comfortable, so if you just need somewhere to sleep, the hotel is fine, but we thought it was extremely expensive for an average hotel. Directions on Google maps don’t even take you to the right place! The parking is good but very expensive.
We definitely would not stay here again.

Las instalaciones están muy viejas. En 2016 me hospede en el mismo hotel y todo está igual. La bañera se encuentra en mal estado. El mobiliario muy viejo. Las sábanas se deberían cambiar por otras nuevas. Más variedad en el desayuno.
As it was extremely hot, the swimming pool was welcome, plenty of pool towels available. Excellent breakfast. €8 for underground motorcycle parking with direct lift access to all floors a definite bonus.
