Nice hotel with great facilities, great location. Rooms did not match 4 star rating.
Pros:

The pool area is lovely! Lots of sun beds available. Option to hire towels. Lots of umbrellas too. Pool bar is great. Lots for children to do. Area is lovely and very convenient to walk into the main town and marina.

Cons:

We had a junior suite with sea view. The view was wonderful, but we were disappointed by the room. It was very run down. Rust all on bath, massive chips out of things. It was mostly clean. I did say to reception that I felt the pictures did not match the room and the manager was very blunt and unhelpful. I would definitely stay again but pay more for the rooms with swim up pools or day beds as it looked like they had been recently refurbished.

3rd year we have been - set up is brilliant for families and close to centre

the room was immaculate and cleaned every day. we had a great view and all the staff were helpful and friendly

Pros:

Goede locatie op wandelafstand van de haven, zeer ruime kamer, alles netjes, vriendelijk personeel, zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, groot zwembad, meer dan voldoende ligstoelen, etc... Een prima prijs-kwaliteit

Cons:

Het is een hotel vooral voor families en gezinnen dus er waren veel kinderen aanwezig. Op zich helemaal prima maar als koppel was dit hotel voor ons net iets te druk druk, vooral bij ontbijt. Dat is niet negatief, gewoon een vaststelling :-)

Great place for Children
Pros:

The lobby area is beautiful and a lovely place to sit and relax. The pillow selection was also a nice added touch. The “Selected” areas are a great idea and offer a more premium experience; however, they are not ideal for families with children who want to spend most of their time in the main pool, as it can be difficult to stay nearby and supervise easily.

Cons:

There were some positives to our stay, but unfortunately several aspects of the hotel fell below expectations.

The vegan options available at breakfast were quite limited, particularly within the hot breakfast selection, so more variety would be good.

The small children’s pool was much smaller than expected, and the main pool area appeared to require maintenance. Both of my daughters suffered cuts to their feet due to uneven or damaged tiles in the pool, which was concerning from a safety perspective. In addition, some of the “Selected” areas did not offer easy access to or visibility of the main pool, making it difficult to supervise children.

I was also disappointed by an interaction with a member of the outdoor bar staff who spoke to me quite rudely when I brought a drink from the Selected area — which I had paid to access — to the main pool so I could stay closer to my children. I found this unnecessary and unprofessional.

The deck chairs around the main pool were also fairly uncomfortable.

We had a room with a hot tub, which was a lovely feature; however, it was not cleaned during our stay, so we only used it once. The tiles surrounding the hot tub also became extremely slippery when wet, and unfortunately my daughter slipped, fell, and cut open her chin!

Overall, while the hotel has potential and some nice features, there are several areas where improvements in maintenance, safety, customer service, and comfort are needed.

Would not recommend this hotel over priced for poor accommodation
Pros:

Nothing much at all

Cons:

Rooms to small very bad set up,staff very rude and bad attitude,food was below poor,pool was very dirty overall experience was very low would not stay here again especially for the price to stay

Het hotel ligt centraal en is een goede uitvalsbasis maar prijs kwaliteit valt tegen er zijn betere opties
Pros:

We zitten vaker in dit hotel en het ligt centraal en we weten de weg. Maar ik vond het behoorlijk prijzig geworden voor wat je krijgt. Er waren werkzaamheden dus veelal geluidsoverlast op de dag bij het zwembad

Het is duur geworden voor het type accommodatie en er waren werkzaamheden bij het zwembad

Très bel hôtel familial avec un restaurant remarquable
Pros:

Hôtel familial et kids friendly.
Le restaurant est remarquable.
L'emplacement, hôtel bien situé, avec une magnifique vue sur mer.
Globalement l'établissement est très agréable.
Le personnel est professionnel.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

La vétusté de certains équipements (jacuzzi, sauna HS, aire de jeux pour enfants, etc.).
La relative propreté des chambres (les sols en particulier).
Les massages ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un établissement 4* (je parle de l'équipement en particulier, dans une petite pièce aménagée très sommairement pour cela, quasiment dans la salle de sport ; la masseuse, elle, est très bien).

Fijn hotel maar wel met wat min punten

Cons:

Jacuzzi was gloeiend heet, water werd niet koud. Er zou een klusjesman komen, deze is nooit geweest. Ook deed de afzuiging van de badkamer het niet. Dat is niet zo fijn als er iemand naar het toilet was geweest! Ook hier zou naar gekeken worden maar ook daar is nooit iemand geweest.

Familiar, relajada y divertida
Pros:

El equipo de animacion del hotel fue excelente. Super amables y divertidos. Hicieron que la estadia con nuestra hija de 8 años sea super divertida. Gracias a genesis judith jeske jesus luna y uly saludos a judith porque tenia que saludarla y no lo hice 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Cons:

El parking. Fuimos con coche rentado y el hotel cuenta con pocos lugares propios de parking y estacionar en la zona es bastante complejo
