Goed hotel, fijn personeel, schoon en prima locatie
Pros:

Mooie locatie, op loopafstand (plusminus 15 min) van de haven en het centrum. Hotelkamers, toiletten, zwembaden waren keurig verzorgd en schoon. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Altijd bedjes beschikbaar, geen “handdoekje leggen”. Een armband als kamersleutel, vele malen beter dan de kaartjes die je altijd in de steek laten. Al met al een prima hotel en een aanrader. Wij waren er als gezin met kinderen.

Cons:

Ik vond de all inclusive geen meerwaarde. Je moet voor veel dingen bijbetalen en er zijn te veel leuke restaurants in de buurt om alleen all inclusive te eten.

Pros:

De ligging, centrum/ strand op loop afstand. Binnen+buiten zwembad. Alles schoon en netjes verzorgd. Ruime keuze bij ‘t ontbijt

Pros:

Amazing hotel for families. lots of in-house activities to keep kids engaged whole day in hotel itself. Excellent breakfast buffet, location is also amazing with sea shore, big super market and airport bus stop few steps away. Highly recommended.

Cons:

May be rooms air conditioning can improve a bit.

Prachtige locatie met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Cons:

De harde muziek 's avonds en ook overdag. Muziek is leuk maar even niet, of iets zachter zou top zijn. Vooral vanuit het appartement gehoord galmde het.

Attenzione del personale, risoluzione dei problemi, attività per bambini, letti comodissimi, stanze molto accoglienti con accesso diretto alla piscina dal balcone privato. Microonde e bollitore in camera, sono molto comodi con bambini piccoli, oltre alla macchina del caffè.

Cibo fresco ma con qualità media.

Super expérience pour une famille
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassé ce qui a été très appréciable. La vue depuis la chambre avec un accès direct à la piscine était top.
Très kids friendly ce qui est rare à Ibiza.

Cons:

Un peu déçu par le buffet du petit déjeuné avec beaucoup de produits surgelés et on voyait que ce n’était pas de la qualité (œufs brouillés, churros..)
Heure pour le buffet du soir un peu tard pour aller manger avec un bébé (19:00)

The location was perfect..Close by to walk into the center of santa eulalia and it was a beach frount location

Cons:

My only complaint, is that I wish breakfast was a bit earlier than 8am if youre checking out early for an early flight..Apart from that id definitely stay at the hotel again..
