Un hôtel qui se présente comme haut de gamme ne doit pas mettre uniquement l'accent sur le décor
Pros:

La superficie de la chambre était très agréable, ainsi qu'avoir un grand support pour ouvrir les 2 valises sans être dans l'obligation de poser ces dernières au sol. Le personnel de l'accueil était très serviable. En revanche, bien que le personnel du petit déjeuner était professionnel, des sourires et de la bienveillance en plus, n'aurait pas été un luxe inutile.

Cons:

Cet hôtel était le plus dispendieux de notre séjour, pourtant, c'était celui où la qualité des produits proposé au petit déjeuner était la plus faible. C'est curieux quand même ! Ne parlons pas de la charcuterie et du fromage, car le plastique n'a pas plus de goût. Mais le pain ! Nous ne pensons pas que de présenter un pain digne de ce nom soit une dépense qui place en péril la trésorerie de l'hôtel. Quand aux oeufs brouillés, il faut impérativement penser à en proposer des frais tout les matins. Les clients ne peuvent pas admirer tous les jours le même plat que la veille.

Pros:

Belle chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner bon et varié. La bouilloire et les sachets de thé sont très agréables en chambre. Salle de bain très propre et bien équipée.

Cons:

Peut être pas assez insonorisé. On entend un peu de bruit.

Pros:

La camera è ampia e dotata di ogni confort. Staff molto cordiale, attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Classica colazione internazionale a buffet che comrende però i prodotti locali, molto buoni. La posizione è buona in quanto si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Lecce ed è molto comodo poter parcheggiare direttamente in struttura. Il soggiorno è andato bene e se si desidera soggiornare a Lecce consiglio sicuramente tale struttura.

Cons:

Qualche capello in bagno che però sarà sfuggito alle pulizie visto che comunque il resto della stanza era molto pulita.

Todo. Las instalaciones son nuevas y todo está impecable. Limpieza 10 puntos.Las recepcionistas muy amables. La ubicación es buena, está aproximadamente a 10 cuadras del centro histórico.

Delightful stay in a convenient location with available parking
Pros:

The hotel was outside of the old city but well within walking distance, and well located. The staff were exceptionally helpful and generous with their time. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, the breakfast varied with protein and delicious sweets! There was a parking garage available and accommodated a mid sized car-though it was a test of my parking skills!

Il personale delle reception è molto educato e cordiale

Cons:

La pulizia delle camera, non è il massimo. Il bagno è cieco e non funzionava l’aerazione automatica.
I tendaggi erano pieni di polvere, sul nostro soffitto era presente una macchia d’umidità. Si potrebbe migliorare tutto prestando più attenzione
