Friendly staff but this place is clearly more of a party hotel. Great location to ASU but someplace for your older brother to stay when he visits, not necessarily parents.

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and really comfortable. Loved that there was free parking, made things so easy. The pool area was awesome, with nice cabanas to relax in. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ASU Tempe campus. I wish I had more time to enjoy all the amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.
