Sehr freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Es roch im Bad nach Urin.
Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an den DB Gleisen und list an den anderen Seiten von Straßen umgeben. Sehr laut. Man kann wegen Lautstärke nachts kein Fenster öffnen.

Die Lage war o.k. Es war alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut an der Hauptstraße.
Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit sich draußen hinzusetzen. Wäre bei dem schönen Wetter an Pfingsten schön gewesen, die Bilder im Internet zeigten etwas anderes! Laut Personal wurden die Möbel für draußen noch nicht geliefert! Sehr Schade… :(

Gute Lage zur Altstadt
Pros:

Gute Lage, unkompliziertes Parken.

Cons:

Es scheint Probleme mit der Datenübermittlung zwischen booking.com und den Hotel zu geben. Das hat uns relativ viel Zeit beim Checkinn gekostet.

Schönes Hotel. Bei der Buchung eine Bettengröße angeben!
Pros:

Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, denn die Altstadt ist nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In seiner Preiskategorie ist das Hotel gut bis sehr gut, aber nicht exzellent. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man üblicherweise erwartet. Vor dem Hotel verläuft eine mehrgleisige Bahnlinie, die in unserem Zimmer aber nicht zu hören war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Cons:

Zwei Dinge haben uns nicht so gut gefallen: Mein Hauptkritikpunkt ist, dass unser „Comfortzimmer” kein richtiges Doppelbett, sondern lediglich ein französisches Bett mit einer 135 cm breiten Matratze hatte. Das ist sehr unkomfortabel, wenn man es zu Hause anders gewohnt ist. Zunächst hieß es auf meinen Einspruch hin, alle Zimmer seien so ausgestattet, doch nach ein paar Minuten wurde mir von einem anderen Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und ich erst in der zweiten Nacht ein richtiges Doppelbett haben könne. Der Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag hat dann aber reibungslos geklappt. Offensichtlich sind einige der relativ kleinen Zimmer mit einem richtigen Doppelbett ohne Sofa ausgestattet und andere mit einem französischen Bett und einem Schlafsofa für eventuell vorhandene Kinder. Wer also ein richtiges Doppelbett möchte, sollte dies unbedingt schon bei der Buchung angeben.
Einen eigenen Parkplatz hat das Hotel nicht. Man muss in der Parkgarage (direkt neben dem Hotel) für 15 € pro Tag parken oder sich einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung an der Straße suchen (ca. 6 €/Tag).

Pros:

Zimmer war groß genug und sehr komfortabel, Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl, nettes , hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Parken mit dem Motorad auf dem gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz im Parkhaus nebenan war leider nicht möglich, da die Motorräder da nicht einfahren dürfen. Hotel bietet in diesem Fall keine anderweitige Möglichkeit an. Draußen hat man zwar was gefunden, war aber nicht die ideale Lösung, wenn man ein Hotel mit Parkmöglichkeit bucht.
