Гарний інтерʼєр, ввічливий персонал, басейн, розміщення

Cons:

Не працюючий басейн у номері спа, це дуже дивно, адже саме в ньому і є суть цього номера, нажаль ніхто про це не попередив, ціна мабуть завищена, хоча це літо..

Cons:

Шкода що у зв'язку з відсутністю енергії не можна було включити сауну і джакузі. Але зрозуміло чому.

Pros:

Уютный отель недалеко от театра музкомедии.
Отель подготовился к форсмажорным ситуациям во время войны - свет , вода , тепло не отключались а вовремя переходили на генераторы и др
альтернативные источники .
Спасибо за то что
сохраняются места в городе где остаётся возможность продолжать более менее нормальную жизнь

Чудове місцерозташування готелю, приємний персонал, смачні різноманітні сніданки, прибирання номеру щоденно, зміна постільної білизни щоденно. Приємно вразило те, що після виселення з номеру - ви залишаєтесь гостем готелю: якщо у вас нічний потяг, ви можете користуватись інфраструктурою: пляжні рушники, користування басейном, душовими. Велика вдячність персоналу за чудовий відпочинок!

Переглянути цінову політику і змінити покриття на звичайний ламінат.
Pros:

Дуже привітний персонал, дуже чисто у номері.

Cons:

Дуже маленька кімната (13 м кВ), як на свою вартість, 5000 грн завелика ціна , тим більш 15 вересня, коли курортний сезон вже закінчився. Також не розумію, нащо килимове покриття у номерах , воно заважає дихати і незручно прибирати.
