Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt hat alles gepasst.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und in Ordnung. Die Lage und die Verkehrsanbindung an den ÖPNV ist ideal.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vielleicht könnte hier und da mal etwas erneuert werden.

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, alles alt, abgenutzt und staubig. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Gemütliches Hotel mit Balkons.
Pros:

Zentral im Prenzlauer Berg gelegen. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und zum Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Zimmertür stand an einem Nachmittag offen!

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut/ruhig und die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Ausstattung sogar mit ordentlichem Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Reinigung und Zustand von Zimmermöbeln und Bad war NICHT in Ordnung. Polstermöbel mit Krümmel übersäht.
Armatur in Pantry-Küche nicht sauber. Trockentuch nicht ordentlich fleckenfrei.
Wasserkocher war ein sehr billiges Exemplar - roch nach Plastik (gekochtes Wasser kaum genießbar):
Im Bad war Dusche bzw. Fugen vor der Dusche an vielen Stellen schwarz (Schimmel?).
Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Teilen ausbaufähig, es gab zwar einige Salate und Gemüse (mit etwas liebloser Zubereitung), kein Obstsalat. Wurstaufschnitt mäßig (kein roher Schinken, keine Salami). Alle Produkte wie Marmelade, Frischkäse, Yoghurt usw. abgepackt. Naturyoghurt war 4 Tage im MHD abgelaufen...
Lage im 2. Hinterhof grundsätzlich gut und ruhig - 2. Hinterhof mit dem Hotel-U auch schön angelegt und einigermaßen gepflegt. Der Weg dahin über den 1. Innenhof ist allerdings eines Zarenhofs nicht würdig. Sehr, sehr ungepflegt und leider wiederholt Ratten gesehen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Die Umgebung mit reichlich lokalen und Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
Die Matratze war gut, ich habe vernünftig schlafen können.

Cons:

Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und weißt doch den ein oder anderen Renovierungsstau auf. Dafür war der Preis ganz schön ordentlich.
