Bien, pero esperábamos más por el precio
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy bien, hartas opciones. El almuerzo del restaurante estuvo bien. La ubicación muy buena, el barrio seguro y bien ubicado. Pedimos cena al room service, fue rápido y cumplió las expectativas. El tamaño de la pieza era bueno. Hay café y té de cortesía con un hervidor a disposición. Nos dieron flexibilidad para el check out. El personal del lobby muy amable

Cons:

En la habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y nunca bajó la temperatura de 25° C, reclamamos pero no nos dieron una respuesta satisfactoria. La limpieza de la habitación no fue lo que esperaba, faltaban toallas, se nos se acabó el papel higiénico, el baño no tenía extractor de aire. Cenamos en el restaurante y la verdad por el precio esperaba un poco más.

Pros:

Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, desde manobristas, recepção, limpeza e atendimento no restaurante.
Café da manhã espetacular, restaurante do hotel muito bom com preços justos e ótimo atendimento.
Quarto de tamanho ótimo para famílias, chuveiro excelente, único ponto desfavorável tamanho da cama. Pelo padrão do hotel precisam ser atualizadas.

Não é tudo aquilo que tenta parecer.
Pros:

O Hotel é bem limpo, e o restaurante realmente é um espetáculo, com um café da manhã primoroso, e no jantar um a la carte de primeira qualidade.

Cons:

Hospeda-se tendo em mente ser um hotel 5 estrelas, mas a verdade é diferente. Hotel é muito velho, sendo que já se percebe ao sair do elevador e ingressar no corredor que leva aos quartos. O quaro em si é confortável, mas o banheiro precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. Não tem ducha íntima. Uma coisa me chamou a atenção, e muito mais que uma frescura, revela na verdade uma atenção a detalhes: ganchos e demais coisas parafusadas na parede possuem parafusos diferentes, maiores e menores juntos, revelando pouco caso com uma manutenção mais primorosa, com mais qualidade....como disse, parece frescura, mas não é o que se espera de um hotel tido como 5 estrelas - e que cobra por isso.

Polite, Professional… and Unexpectedly Sugary
Pros:

I stayed here for a few days while attending a work convention. I am not particularly familiar with Curitiba, yet the location struck me as rather agreeable: a leafy, pleasant area within walking distance of cafés, pharmacies and well-kept squares — all lending a certain civilised charm to one’s daily routine.

The reception at check-in was formal — not especially warm — though perfectly professional and faintly stern, in a way that suggests efficiency is preferred over exuberance.

My room, on an upper floor, was clean, comfortable and suitably cosy, with a particularly agreeable bed. The bathroom presented a few minor issues, resolved with a touch of unhurried deliberation, albeit by a helpful and courteous technical team — which ultimately makes patience feel worthwhile.

Breakfast was comfortable and well assorted, with a practical made-to-order egg station. Nothing extraordinary, yet entirely adequate to begin the day respectably.

All in all, a good and entirely proper stay — neither extravagant nor dramatically memorable, save perhaps for the delightful banana sweets offered in the lobby, which proved to be the most genuinely warm and affectionate welcome of all.

The Most Amazing Breakfast
Pros:

Me and my husband come here for just the breakfast!. I live here so I don’t need to stay the hotel but if you do stay at the hotel you’re in for a big treat! I’ve traveled all over the world and I’d have to say this place has the best breakfast! They have so many things to pick from. The buffet has fresh fruits,breads, desserts, fresh juices , omelets and delicious pão de quejio. Of course you have to try the Açaí . Nothings better than some refreshing Açaí! The staff speaks English are very helpful. Thank you Marina for the wonderful hospitality!

We pay around $16USD per person but it’s totally worth it! If you go to any Bakery in the area you’ll spend almost that much and not even get nearly as much as you do at this buffet. It’s a perfect place to try many Brazilian delicacy’s .

Excellent Staff, perfect stay.
Pros:

Our stay was one night on December 28th having arrived from the UK. Then we were back on January 12th until 17th. The staff were fabulous, the car park, reception and concierge and particularly in the bar. A big thanks to Markus ( I think that was his name), who served our medicine each evening, he will know what I mean. Breakfast was amazing. Our room on the 11th floor was perfect. We can't fault anything about the hotel and if when return to Curitiba, this is where will stay.

Over-priced, under-served.
Pros:

Location was great - rooms were a good size and clean.

Cons:

Hotel is very far from a five star hotel. No international electricity sockets, and only adapters for sale. No corkscrew, either in the room or available to borrow. Staff service was just meh!

The price point was already high, with an excess fee charged over the OTA price - presumably to cover the OTA commission.

For the price I would not stay there again, neither would I recommend it.

Un lugar para quedarse mas tiempo

El aroma demtro de las areas publicas y el desayuno fue lo mejor. Tambien la comida del service room excelente!!
