Für einen Besuch ausreichend.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage.
Zimmer soweit ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Bad. Abgenutzt und teilweise undichte Dusch-/Wasserhähne. Schimmel an der Duschkabine Wimpern an den Kacheln (nicht meine!).

Obwohl ich extra Geld ausgeben habe um auf einem abgeschlossen Parkplatz zu stehen war jemand an meiner Maschine.

Die Kommunikation zum Frühstück ging vollends in die Hose. Ich hatte bereits vorab gemailt, dass ich das nutzen möchte. Gebucht wurde dann nur für einen Tag und selbst dass der Rezeption am nächsten Tag nicht kommuniziert.

Would happily pick Dodo Hotel again for my stay in Riga
Pros:

Comfortable, with a huge bed and accommodating staff. Quiet location, though perhaps not within walking distance from the old city of Riga by everyone's standards (but there is a tram stop right outside the hotel and bus stops also close); in any case, the right side of the Daugava river is where you want to be staying. Breakfast at the hotel for approximately €7/day is available, though I personally chose to have breakfast at the Ramkalni cafè just 2 streets away. Excellent value for money and overall a positive experience.

Cons:

If anything negative is to be said, I could note that the bed is so large that there might be some inconvenience in moving around the room.
