Beautiful neighborhood, easy to get around the city in short time.
The room doors in this hotel are sooooo heavy! Be prepared to hear incredibly loud slamming throughout your stay. Some of the doors aren't even the correct size to the door frame, so there were gaps at the top

The breakfast is a bad joke.
Very disappointing.
They only have black tea, coffee, water, bread, frozen pretzels, butter, jam, and pancakes.
There is no milk, yogurt, fruit, vegetables, or cold cuts.
It gets very crowded at breakfast because everyone staying at the hotel comes to eat in a small room.
Upstairs, right next to the rooms, there is an ice machine that runs non-stop and makes a very disturbing noise at night.
That machine certainly doesn't belong next to the sleeping quarters!
After checking in the front desk agent called to ask if the room was up to my standards (I’ve never experienced that at a hotel ever, I really appreciated the level of care). The AC was great and the rooms were pretty sound proof for how busy the hotel was.
The toilet flapper in the bathroom wouldn’t close properly after every use and would continuously run and waste water without manual intervention. I had to take the toilet lid off after every flush to close the flapper properly. The second day, I used the bathroom on my way out and forgot to close the flapper, and came back 9 hours to the fill valve still cycling in water to the tank because of the vaulty flapper. The breakfast was okay, but I recommend providing cream cheese for the bagels. I also recommend putting the butter, syrup and condiment station away from the fridge, toaster and microwave because it creates a slow moving line when people are slowly using condiments in front of appliances.
