Great hotel to stay for a ski weekend. About 10min walk from bus station and main street. Pool/sauna open 12pm-9pm. Breakfast good. Reception staff were all helpful and friendly. Showers great. Had a great stay, would recommend and stay again.

Pros:

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, w pokoju czysto nie ma do czego się przyczepić. Hotel w idealnej lokalizacji blisko na Krupowki i na Gubalowke. Naprzeciw hotelu jest biedronka więc również na plus. Myślę, że następnym razem skorzystamy również z basenu który jest w hotelu. Dziękujemy bardzo :)

Adequate stay for 3 days
Pros:

Location to the town very convenient. Breakfast times good. Small swimming pool if you wanted to use it. Comfortable foyer area.

Lack of value for money.
Room not cleaned when asked, when queried it was because there were things on the bed...it was our PJs only. Never had that as a reason to not clean a room before. The bathroom was not checked, or the bin emptied, it appears they only look in the bathroom to see if the towels are on the floor so they need to change them. The dirty coffee cups were not removed and we were told it was because the coffee is only for the first welcome day only....., so would the dirty cups have stayed there the whole time we had stayed?? We were made to feel we were being a nuisance by querying this by the receptionist. The breakfast was adequate but no fresh fruit or a toaster.
We paid £170 a night for the double room which wasn't good value for money. The rooms were old style 70's / 80's fixings with a mattress and a sort of mattress topper on top, one pillow each and the bedline had a hole..Rooms were tired.
