Die Lage und das Personal, alle waren sehr freundlich und um Zufriedenheit bemüht

Das Abendessen war al a carte was nicht unbedingt schlecht ist, es gab jedoch nur italienische und indische Küche, das ist halt nicht jeder Mann Sache, ein Abendessen in Buffetform wäre vielleicht schöner und auch fürs Personal entlastend

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sollten eher auf die Kunden eingehen anstatt Mitglieder anzuwerben.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und das Frühstück war ansprechend.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir uns als erstes bei der Karma App anmelden ansonsten hätten wir unseren Schlüssel nicht bekommen, so die Aussage vom Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption . Das fanden wir sehr unangemessen und frech !!!
Sowas geht überhaupt nicht unserer Meinung.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med pool og fantastisk lækker mad.

Virkelig dejligt, stort og rent værelse for vores familie på 4. Skønt med pool og utrolig lækker restaurant. Dejlig udsigt mod bjergene, og kort gåtur til søen.

Cons:

Ich musste mir die App runterladen um mich anzumelden. Der Kunde muss die ganze Bürokratie selber ausfüllen. Das ist Null-Service. Ohne Smartphone keine Anmeldung. Es gibt noch Kunden die Service schätzen. Werde das Hotel deshalb nicht weiterempfehlen

Unter den aktuellen Umständen und Führung absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Weinauswahl war gut.

Cons:

Die Substanz des Hotels ist passabel, z.T. aber ältlich und heruntergekommen. Check-in war arrogant und unhöflich, wenn nicht sogar eine Frechheit. Wir mussten zuerst Member des weltweiten Karma Clubs werden, eine entsprechende App herunterladen und uns einverstanden erklären, dass unsere Daten zu Werbezwecken weitergegeben werden. Ohne dieses Einverständnis könnten wir nicht einchecken, eine reine Erpressung. Fürs Nachtessen hatten wir einen Tisch vor-reserviert, was uns bestätigt wurde. Wir hatten die Speisekarte „Indian Flavours“ studiert und meine Frau sagte, sie freue sich wenigstens auf ein indisches Butter Chicken. Als wir um 19.00 Uhr erschienen, sagte man uns, es gäbe nur Pizza. Meine Frau reklamierte, dass man uns das früher hätte sagen müssen, z.B. beim Check-in. Das ganze Nachtessen inkl. Mobiliar war im Stil eines billigen Campingessens, mit Ausnahme des Weines - wohl ein Überbleibsel aus besseren Zeiten. An Schlaf war bis gegen 1.00 Uhr nicht zu denken, denn unter unserem Zimmer war die Bar-Terrasse, der Lärm der wenigen Gäste wurde mit zunehmendem Alkoholpegel lauter und lallender. Dass wir erst ab 8.00 Uhr frühstücken konnten, war eine weitere negative Überraschung, weil wir mit den Fahrrädern früh weg wollten. Der ganz grosse Coup aber ist der Preis von € 339 für eine Nacht. Das Hotel scheint führungslos, ein paar halbgut instruierte Angestellte agieren unkoordiniert und z.T. relativ unhöflich.

Toll eingerichtete frisch renovierte Zimmer. Pool und Garten toll. Gutes Frühstück mit einer guten Auswahl an frischem Obst.

Cons:

Das Personal spricht teilweise nicht gut deutsch und versteht nur die Hälfte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant passt nicht.
