Ok, aber wir werden nicht nochmal kommen.
Pros:

Saubere Unterkunft, gute Lage, freundlicher Empfang, großzügiger Spa-Bereich, Frühstücks-Buffet mit viel Auswahl

Cons:

Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Kloaken-Geruch im Bad, extrem schlechter Service im Restaurant, Abendessen nicht zu empfehlen.

Einzigartig!
Pros:

Bombastisches Frühstück sodass man danach kein Mittagsessen mehr brauch. Schöne, moderne und saubere Zimmer, großer Balkon. Abendessen haben wir nicht gebucht. Komme sehr gerne so schnell wie möglich wieder!!!
Und an den vierbeinigen Empfang bedanke ich mich besonders :-))))

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schöne moderne renovierte gut ausgestattete saubere große Suite. Sehr bequeme Betten und Sitzmöbel. Vollständige Küche. Gutes WLAN. Perfekte Bettwäsche, flauschige Bademäntel und Handtücher, überall Duschgel und Schampoo. Gutes vielseitiges leckeres Frühstücks-Buffet.
Tolles kleines SPA mit großer Fensterfront und Möglichkeit draußen in der Sonne zu sitzen: schön warmer Raum, kühles sauberes Wasser im Schwimmbad (mit Gegenstrom-Anlage und Massage-Wasserfall), sehr angenehm heißer Whirlpool und Dampfbad

Cons:

Weg von der Suite zum SPA ohne Überdachung im Freien. Mit Bademantel und Badeschuhen durch Regen/Schnee ins SPA laufen??? Duschbereich im SPA defekt. SPA-Bereich an manchen Stellen etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Keine frischen Handtücher im SPA-Bereich. Riesen-Wäscheberge nicht regelmäßig abgeholt. Duschen im Saunabereich nicht richtig kalt. Zu wenig Liegen am Schwimmbad. Einziger Trinkwasserspender leer. Beim Frühstück war vieles immer wieder leer -> mehr Personal benötigt?

Pros:

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food at dinner was very tasty and everything we tried exceeded our expectations. Breakfast provided different options. The location is nice and there was a nice view from our room. Everything was always clean.

Pros:

Das Rezeptionspersonal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und unser Zimmer war sehr groß und ansprechend modern gestaltet. Für die Kinder war es schön, dass eine Kegelbahn und ein Kicker vorhanden waren. Wir haben unser Familien-Auszeit-Wochende daher durchaus genießen können.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich war absolut alt und baufällig. Die Duschen im Schwimmbad waren defekt, im Ruheraum hatten alle Rattanliegen in der Liegefläche große Löcher, teilweise wurde diese mit Spannlaken überdeckt manchmal aber nicht und natürlich spürt man die Löcher. Das (ehemalige?) Kneippbecken im Saunabereich sah auch mehr als nicht einladend aus. Also für jemanden der Wert auf ein gepflegtes Ambiente legt und ausgiebige Wellness betreiben will nur bedingt zu empfehlen.
Im Restaurant hat uns gestört, dass das Personal wenig bis gar nicht Deutsch spricht und der Service unheimlich langsam war, bzw. das Personal bei Bedarf teilweise nicht greifbar war.

Great little resort near Bavarian Alps

Stayed during winter, and there were ski slopes and hiking trails close to resort accessible by car or local train. Spacious room good facilities and helpful staff.

Pros:

In diesem Hotel hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit, und da es auch geschneit hat, war es wie aus einem Märchen.
Das Deluxe-Zimmer, das mein Mann gebucht hat, war fantastisch.
Alles war sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Essen entsprechend hervorragend.
Wir kommen wieder.
