No 5 star experience
Pros:

This hotel clearly has no bandwith to be fully occupied. There was no table at the restaurant for 2 days, no slot at all free at the spa, and the bar was overbooked with just two waiters for all tables.
Aitor was great for a massage down by the beach, very relaxing!
Room service was super friendly, and the room was very clean.
Pool staff are confused and not too nice.
Overall extremely overpriced for what you get.

Stranden var hyggelig og poolen også.
Værelser var helt ok

Cons:

Maden var frygtelig. Vi fik serveret noget af det dårligste mad, vi længe har smagt, på hotellets restaurant.

Vi måtte sende vores mad tilbage, fordi vi var overbeviste om, at kødet var dårligt. Vi spiste stort set ingenting. Personalet håndterede desværre situationen meget uprofessionelt og fortalte, at de selv havde smagt på kødet fra vores tallerken, og at der ifølge dem ikke var noget galt med det.

De mente derefter, at vi skulle betale halv pris for maden. Heldigvis var den medarbejder, der hjalp os ved check-ud, utrolig sød og forstående. Hun fjernede hele regningen for måltidet og undskyldte mange gange for oplevelsen.

Desværre var det ikke kun denne ene middag. Maden var både i hovedrestauranten og barrestauranten generelt meget dårlig og bestemt ikke pengene værd.

Hotel antic. No assoleix els mínims de la seva categoria.
Pros:

La ubicació és excel·lent i el tracte del personal molt correcte.

Cons:

Les habitacions són petites, antigues i mal mantigudes. No es correspon amb el preu que es paga ni de lluny.
En una habitació triple, per accedir al vestidor cal moure el llit. El mobiliari és vell, no antic.
Hem hagut d'esperar més de 45 minuts per menjar una amanida i un bikini a la piscina. Les tumbones saturades de gent i les piscines petites pel nombre d'hostes.
En general es podria considerar un tres estrelles superior. Les habitacions forest deluxe no passen de motel de carretera.

They changed the breakfast location, fired the old chef food quality is not good they are now selling day passes and letting more than the recommended number of people stay in a room. 4 adults in a single room makes no sense. I have been going to this property for 7 years and it has continuously slid downhill as they try to bring more bodies in

Głośno do 2 w nocy. Hotel wynajmuje restaurację z tarasem i plażę na imprezy firmowe, słaba obsługa!

Piękne położenie hotelu, widok :)

Cons:

Zarezerwowaliśmy najlepszy pokój z tarasem widokowym na morze. Niestety piętro niżej znajduje się taras restauracji hotelowej, który jest wynajmowany na imprezy, które trwają do późnej nocy. Podczas pierwszej nocy spaliśmy od 2.30, po zakończeniu imprezy urodzinowej na tarasie restauracji do 5.30, kiedy personel zaczął sprzątanie i porządki po imprezie. Drugiej nocy spaliśmy podobnie krótko, bo hotel wynajął teren przy basenie i plaży, również na huczną imprezę firmową, z muzyką na żywo i krzykami, oklaskami, etc do 2 w nocy. W 3 dniu opuściliśmy hotel, mimo rezerwacji na tydzień. Śniadania są słabe, w pierwszym dniu czekaliśmy 15 min na stolik, obsługa w restauracji nie kwapi się z podaniem czegokolwiek.

Super hotel przy Lloret de Mar
Pros:

Hotel jest pięknie usytuowany na zboczu pięknej zatoki. Pokój był przestronny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Śniadanie wręcz doskonałe, a personel bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Hotel godny polecenia dla osób szukających jakości, komfortu i spokoju.
