This is the worst hotel in design collection. Rooms are so odd and has no square footage. I felt I was staying in a ship room. Hotel is dark and dingy. It is clean but the design is horrible. Best thing this hotel has going for itself is the upstairs rooftop and pool. I felt catfished. I immediately checkout out and went to JW Marriott. it was great
The room is too noisy they have bathtub in each room but the water is not hot sufficient to enjoy

Everything looked and feel neglected, bath/shower very a high slip risk. WC, and rest of the amenities in poor to none maintained. Big disappointment.
I loved the view outside my window and easy access to a restaurant and bars nearby
There was no Internet in my room and the Bluetooth speaker didn’t work, I reported it but apparently but even though they restarted de modem, the internet didn’t connect and I need to work on the roof at night.

The staff was nowhere to be seen. The style of the room is uncomfortable and it was not well maintained. Zero housekeeping

Cleanliness, maintenance
Everything was very dark. I could hardly see what I was eating at breakfast. The receptionist was not particularly helpful at check in but the room was comfortable and clean. Overall a good experience but nothing special.
The hotel located for me no one spoke English and we had an issue with the first room but it got fixed we changed room
For the price you expect better. Water was cold, pool didn’t work, dated facilities. Below average breakfast.
