Communication aisée, personnel très pro et à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse. Manque peut-être un plateau de courtoisie. Mais rien qui aurait entaché notre séjour sur cette île magnifique.

Concetta at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, as well as the wonderful staff in the beautiful dining area. The cleaning staff were also very sweet and helpful and did a wonderful job taking care of my room.
As I experienced in most of Sicily (26 days), the mattresses are not like home, but I think that is just how it is there.
Posizione strategica, personale accogliente e sempre disponibile, camere confortevoli, spaziose e molto pulite. Menzione particolare allo staff che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero eccezionale. Vivamente consigliato di prenotare al ristorante che la struttura accoglie vicino alla piscina.

La posizione, la camera, bagno spazioso,colazione buona ma ripetitiva, e poi in Sicilia non si può servire un succo di arancia confezionato ( tra latro pessimo) dove ci sono arance meravigliose… una spremuta e’d’obbligo!!! ristorante buono un po’ caro…
Arredamento della camera in noce scuro, totalmente fuori contesto,con un pavimento in maiolica siciliana ,bellissimo , bastava un’armadio bianco o azzurro e cambiava totalmente, la TV messa nel l’angolo a destra del letto… ci è venuto il torcicollo… per vederla,bastava invertire la posizione con l’ armadio ( che era davanti al letto)… le stranezze degli architetti!

Location ideale per una vacanza perfetta. Incantevole la struttura curata e immersa nel verde. Lo staff del ristorante gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile rendono la tua vacanza un'esperienza indimenticabile.
