The pool was excellent and the staff really are 5star. The food around the bar was excellent also

Cons:

3 times I went to reception to tell them that the aircon and tv wer not working in the room, it never got sorted. In the 10days/nights we stayed, we had to keep the balcony foors open day and night, so we didn’t sleep much and got bitten many many times. The basement where the meals are served🙈 we ate one lunch and 2dinners down there, its was like an oven. We ended up eating out as it was so much more comfortable, even tho we had paid for all inclusive there. Obviously don’t want Irish people there, 5nights in a row the entertainment called out the countries where people might be from, Scotland, England, wales, Spain, Northern Ireland, but never Ireland, even after it was brought to his attention there were many Irish staying there, this never changed. Also played penny arcade and simple the best each and every night, and as you know these are Glasgow rangers anthems. We know Benidorm is 90% British tourists, but u don’t expect to pay over 250e a night at a supposedly 4atar hotel and get shunned for being Irish.

Nice but expensive when compared to value.
Pros:

Hotel was nice but lacked a formal restaurant (only a buffet set up for all meals), it had no actual bar, only servixe off of the lobby. the price was expensive considering it was only a partial inclusive. I found the desk staff to be friendly but the dining room personnel not to be. Overall it was a 3.5/5

The staff, the location, the food was excellent 👌 the hotel was smart downstairs but the rooms were tired.

Cons:

The Aircon was very noisy and wouldn't go below 22° and even though we complained it wasn't ever sorted. Although the staff were lovely
