Zimmerservice zu spät (später Nachmittag), als wir von Ausflügen zurückkehrten und uns erholen wollten - damit nur an 1 von 3 Tagen Zimmerservice

25 Minuten auf meine Rechnung mit Firmenname zu warten ist extrem lang.
Kein Preisnachlass dafür.
Meine Visitenkarte wurde mir geheftet und beschrieben zurückgegeben.

1 h gewartet, bis, dass der Fernseher Empfang haben soll, hatte er dann aber auch nicht, also Zimmer getauscht.
Keine Entschuldigung, kein Preisnachlass, kein Getränk.
Aber ich durfte mir von der Rezeption anhören, dass der Sender RTL nicht zum Bouquet gehört. Im 2. Zimmer gab es diesen Sender. Alle Gäste sind dumm und wir werfen mal erst ein paar Behauptungen raus.
Genauso: wie können das Zimmer nicht tauschen, weil wir ausgebucht sind. Ich konnte auf der Hotelwebseite ein Zimmer in der gleichen Kategorie für die Nacht buchen, also noch eine kühne Behauptung.

Im ersten Zimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, die Dusche ist im Raum integriert und hat keinen Abzug, dementsprechend ist die Luft im Zimmer feucht und muffig.

Frühstück: geht so, man sollte mal üben: wie mache ich Rührei und warum gehört da Salz dran.

Meine Begeisterung hält sich in Grenzen

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön groß und neumodisch ausgestattet. Die Rooftop Bar ist sensationell und die dort servierten Cocktails ausgezeichnet. Wir haben das Fitnessstudio genutzt und auch das war in sehr gutem Zustand. Es gibt 3 Lifte, wodurch es zu keinen allzu langen Wartezeiten kommt.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist falsch, aber man sollte es wissen: die farbliche Ausstattung des Hotels ist innen wie außen sehr dunkel und neumodisch. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr "spannenden" Viertel. Ich hatte sicherheitstechnisch nie bedenken, was auch daran lag, das die Polizei generell in Barcelona sehr stark vertreten ist, unter anderem eben auch auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel (stand eigentlich immer ein Wagen mit Polizei)

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura 16 anni fa poco dopo l'apertura ed era avveneristica, anche oggi mantiene il suo fascino ma dopo 16 anni qualcosa andrebbe rinnovato

Schönes Ambiente des Hotels, tolles Design, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal beim Check in/out Desk, Ausblick von der 360 * Rooftop - Bar, die Lage ist ganz ok, einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wir kommen gerne wieder

Péssima estadia.
Pros:

Pouco posso dizer de positivo neste hotel.

Cons:

A localização é péssima!! No pátio do hotel existem vários sem abrigos, com colchões espalhados. Muito medo!! Regressava só de Uber.
O duche, uma hora cai fervendo ou super gelada.
O quarto claustrofóbico, janela com rede, tipo prisão, sem possibilidade de abrir.
Preço qualidade, existem muitos melhores que este.
