Avoid at all cost - very dirty and unsafe area!!
Pros:

Do not go there!! I don't know why they got such a high rating. Do not let this full you!! ​I paid 675€ for 4 nights, and this stay was a total disaster. The room was physically dirty—we found stained linens and the fixtures were in a state of decay, including an oxidized, rotting mirror in the bathroom. For a "design" hotel, the lack of maintenance is shocking. The TV was non-functional for any modern use (no casting/streaming), and the staff was incredibly rude when I pointed this out, dismissively telling me "every room is like that."
​The area is extremely concerning. The immediate street outside is filled with loitering and very suspicious activity that made us feel unsafe every time we entered or exited the hotel. There is a heavy presence of people who clearly do not belong there, and the atmosphere is high-tension and unpleasant.
​Most importantly, when I tried to exercise my legal right to the official "Hoja de Reclamaciones" (complaint book), the staff refused to provide it—which is a violation of Spanish law. This hotel is poorly managed, dirty, and located in a very "edgy" area. Avoid this place; your safety and hygiene are not worth the 168€ a night.

Pros:

Gym was possibly the best gym I’ve had in a hotel so far, for anyone concerned about equipment, at my time of stay, it had a smith machine, double set of cables, two benches with dumbells going up to 25kg, pec dec and leg extension machine.

Cons:

Elevators would open on every floor if it was pressed, plenty of times someone pressed for an elevator on the floor below, got into another one, and ur elevator stopped at their floor with no one there.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen für den Preis. Direkt hinter dem Hotel einige Obdachlose.

I'll never back in this hotel anymore
Pros:

Absolutely nothing the worst hotel I have ever been, all around hotel are suspicious people, whores and when the night has come it's not safe at all to walk alone

Cons:

The stuff at reception lying what they say because one receptionist told me that I have free airport shuttle, reserve that for me and when I have arrived at airport, they charge me almost €50 when I called hotel and ask the second receptionist told me that they don't have free shuttle service and close the line without any willing to help or advise. I paid a lot (almost 250€) for staying there because it was one fair and it's reasonable but customer care should be a priority for hotel guests
