The rooms were not clean. Bugs in the room and bathtub. Toilet seat was broken. Peeling covering in the tub.

Very handy to the freeway

Always stay at this hotel, 3 to 4 times a year. Always have good service, but the last two visits have not been so. Coffee is a tremendously important part of my morning, and the last two trips there has been no coffee available. The first time I had to wait about 30 minutes while they prepared more. On this last trip, after waiting that long, I finally gave up, and had to leave the hotel to go get coffee that day. There used to be someone working the breakfast area and making sure everything was out, clean, and in place, but on both of these occasions there has not been. If this is a cut back in staffing, it was the wrong place to cut!

Booked through hotels.com app. Everytjing is great. Very new modern and clean facility. The only thing i did not like and was not mentioned is a hidden 50$ room damage charge that “they” determine if you get
It back. So i made a video of all the exsisting damages just in case

Took awhile to get checked in. Hotel was shiny and clean but weird curtains that you had to lower to match stripes but they did not block light out. Room was very bright. And the area was very noisy I had a sound machine and could hear the noise over that !

This property delivers more than it looks like it would from the outside. The entire place seemed clean and the room was extremely clean - I know because I clean with clorox wipes myself and found minimal dust or dirt. The beds were unusually comfortable for a property in this price range and we slept well in a quiet environment. It looked like the bathrooms had been fairly recently updated and the water pressure in the shower was good. The carpet in the sleeping area definitely needs to be replaced and it was noticeably frayed where it met the hard floor of the entrance. However it looked clean enough. The AC worked well and was quiet. If you need total darkness to sleep this place will not work for you though - they have an odd kind of blind on the window with every other slat being see through so that car lights were visible all night and would have probably been worse on lower floors. There was no black out curtain of any sort to pull over the window. It didn't really bother us but could be a problem for some folks. Staff were very helpful in meeting our needs for the type and location of our room and were friendly and helpful throughout our short one night stay including the cleaning crew. Breakfast was very typical of what would be expected - typical mix of hot and cold foods but what we ate was good and quickly replenished when needed. This place exceeded our expectations for a modest, clean, quiet environment at this price point and we would stay here again.

Super comfy beds & pillows! Walls seem thin to hear ppl next room over

The AC/Heating unit had poor temp control. The beds were on cheap frams. Breakfast choices were the same every day.
