les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées et petit dej inclus alors quon ne pensait pas ! une belle surprise

Cons:

on avait choisi cet hôtel pour la navette gratuite mais finalement nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier car il ne va qu au terminal 1... mauvaise surprise !!

Pros:

Très bon accueil, chambre très propre et situé près de l'aéroport ce qui est très pratique pour une escale. Il est également à moins de 10 min à pied d'un très beau parcours de santé avec des machines de sport en pleine nature ce qui est très agréable .

It is fine for a night for stop over.
Pros:

The hotel locates farther than I thought. The access from Unseo station was good. Breakfast is gratis, simple but good. Shuttle service runs from the hotel.

Cons:

There are three beds in the room, it was good, but towels are only for two. I thought the room for a family was bigger.

仁川空港近くに泊まる必要があるなら、このホテルに一生泊まります
Pros:

駅から近く、部屋は広く清潔で、シャワーとトイレも同じエリアにありますが、十分に距離が離れているのでトイレ側の床が濡れにはなりません、スタッフさんも非常に優しく、事前の確認、事後の確認も非常に丁寧にやってくれました
空港へのシャトルバスサービスが朝5時台からあると言うのも非常にポイントが高い、シャトルバスサービスのドライバーさんまで親切です

また必ず泊まりたいと強く思いました

リーズナブルで快適な滞在でした
Pros:

翌朝の早朝便に乗るための短期滞在のため家族で宿泊しました。アメリカ旅行からのトランジット１泊でしたが、アメリカのホテルになれた身としてはとても清潔感があり居心地が良い部屋で安心して滞在できました。
空港はシャトルバスはターミナルが対応していなかったのでUberでいきましたが２０００円程度でした。
朝食は地下の日本居酒屋に簡易的にパン・シリアル等が置いてある程度ですが、早朝だったので十分でした。
フロントの方も親切でした。

Cons:

家族５人で二部屋。同フロアながら少し離れていたので、隣だったらベストでした。

Hotel Review

The stay itself was okay, but I was disappointed with the shuttle service. The hotel did not clearly state in advance that the shuttle only allows two bags per person. I had multiple bags, and this created an unexpected problem when it was time to leave.

What was more disappointing was that the hotel staff did not offer any assistance or explain what alternative transportation options were available. Clear information about the luggage limit before arrival, along with some guidance or assistance when the issue came up, would have made the experience much easier.

I would recommend that the hotel clearly communicate the shuttle's luggage restrictions to guests and provide alternative options for guests who have more luggage.
