Kamer was netjes, personeel vriendelijk
The property is conveniently located and I’ve stayed there numerous times over the years when it was a Holiday Inn Express. It is now a Best Western and most of the staff are great some aren’t and it probably has to do with the fact that the majority of the people staying there are state subsidized temporary housing. I think it’s a worthy cause, unfortunately not everyone in that situation are mentally stable. So as a result the police were on site multiple occasions during our two night stay. Needless to say we didn’t feel 100 percent safe. I had two rooms one of which I paid over $200 a night for the other slightly less. I won’t be back

Nothing
This hotel houses unhoused people. We had a woman on Meth, who lives there, banging and screaming on our door at 5:10 in the morning. We were leaving that morning anyway. Packed up and left. No security. One employee. Unsafe.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I paid extra for breakfast that was awful and we were unable to eat it.
clean
no real closet
no place to put your "stuff"
Clean, friendly, comfortable
Nice breakfast, good beds very friendly staff there 24/7. Clean!
Location
I applaud property’s that work with the community to provide temporary housing. That being said the hotel should let regular guests be aware that they’re doing that . This use to be a Holiday Inn Express and I think it became a Best Western due to this policy. Unfortunately we did not feel safe and the police were on site on multiple occasions during our two night stay. I’ve stayed at this location many times due to its proximity. Unfortunately due to my last to experiences I will never stay there again.
Convenient location, some pleasant staff
Billed twice, many units being used as temporary housing which I applaud but has it’s downside.
It was clean
The tv wasn’t working and the staff was not able to do anything about it.
Breakfast was good
Fire alarm activated very very early. No explanation from staff. Also alot of homeless were sheltered there. A few were very shady looking drunk or on drugs no doubt
Room was relatively clean and the location was fine. The rest was not
The whole hotel was rundown and dingy and almost creepy. The room was tiny and way overpriced.
Parking was good with ample space and was free, which is unusual for the USA, especially around New York.
The hotel had a terrible stench and we noticed it was because the carpet was wet. The rooms were even worse, too smelly and damp. Really irritating, and stirred up allergic reaction for my wife and I. I told the front desk about our experience and lady said will inform management. Advice: never use water to clean up your carpet.
