Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is available after 18:00, while check-out must be until 14:00. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. There is a tent on the Leonardo's green lawns where you can listen to pleasant oriental music, while you enjoy a drink or something to eat.
Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.

החדרים היו מלוכלכים, המצעים לא נקיים וגם המגבות, ביקשתי מגבות.אח2ות ולא קיבלתי בטענה שאין, גם מגבות לבריכה לא היו זמינות רוב הזמן.
הצוות לא נתן מענה, ולא עזר עם הבעיות, היו כשלים בהזמנה, ובאיכות המלון. במקלחת.המים יוצאים החוצה המקלחון לא אוטם.
הכל. יחס נורא של פקידי הקבלה ריח מסריח בכל המלון בעיקר בחדרים. מיטה קרועה חדר מלוכלך ברמה נוראית פשוט חוויה ממש אבל ממש לא טובה. חבל שזה היחס שאתם נותנים ללקוחות שלכם

המקלחת שלנו הייתה מחוברת בבוקר מפלסטיק ונשברה בחמישי בערב והתקשרנו 80 פעמים ולא הביאו אפחד שיתקן את זה אפילו בידי שחזרנו מגעילים מהבריכה שנסגרה בגלל שמשטרה הגיעו ולא היה מציל ואז היינו צריכים להתקשר שוב חמישים פעם עד שהביאו מישהו רק בשישי בערב גם האוכל חוץ משישי היה משעמם ועשה כאבי בטן
