Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Don't come close to this filthy place
Pros:

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and a great dinner buffet. The shower has great water pressure. And that's where the good things end.

Extremely poorly maintained, unmotivated staff, unfriendly manager, dirty and dark hallways.
The restaurant opens for dinner at 6:30 PM and the tables are only cleaned after 8:30 PM. It is extremely unpleasant to arrive at 7:15 PM and only find two clean tables, the rest with dirty dishes, full of leftovers.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my enemies (if there are any). And I don't know how the famous Leonardo chain allows this filth to use the name of such a great hotel chain.

Awful wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy!!!

Fake pictures from another hotel,
Insects on the towels
No double room (that I paid for),
No water to drink anywhere in the property,
Room not ready till 9pm!!!
A.c defective (made crazy noise, and they made us switch it off with 40c outside
Cause of the complaint of the next door rooms)
All three of us end up bunking with our friends in THIER room,
NO WATER TO GET SHOWERED THE NEXT DAY ALL DAY!!!!!!
My disability car being towed ( I told him someone put half their car on the disabled parking, and my car being huge, they guaranteed me being that it’s a private property that it’s okay to use half a parking disabled space, and then call the police to have it towed!!!!)

All in all very bad attitude very old hotel fake pictures awful attitude towards the customers in hour of distress
