Al Manar Hotel Apartments

Apartment had cockroaches, building and apartment has strong smell of spices. Parking is advertised as available but is actually for an additional daily fee. Anyhow what really was a no no for me is the cockroaches, which is what made the stay terrible, as a hotel that should be controlled, unless they have a cleanliness issue.

It’s really unclean, dirty and you will see bugs on the floor and bathroom

You have to ask to clean your apartment every day, delay of service. Poor breakfast, price expensive.

The entrance is in the car park and had a strong sewage smell. Once in the hotel is was better and clean enough. However, my wife made this booking in my name with her credit card as security. The reception staff cancelled my booking as it was not my card, although payment was supposed to be taken at the hotel usu g my card with me present My wife called from UK and spoke to them they agreed to accept my card as the booking was in my name. However the next morning the new reception staff said my booking was cancelled and i had to pay new rate as they had no note saying existing rate would be honoured. They actually said pay it or leave! Clearly they just wanted a booking made directly cutting out agents and charging more for the same!
I would not stay there ever again after such a huge issue being made that could have and actually was resolved

The front desk does not even understand the meaning of the word Customer Service. This hotel is not fit to be listed on any E-commerce website. Nasty fights with customers over trivial issues are common. It's best to avoid this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Dubai.

I was conveniently located near everything. Great size of rooms we rented 2 bedroom apartment and it was great. Hotel need extrema cleaning in the bathroom they have mold and out dated. Water press of the shower's are so low that it will take you a while to take shower.

This is no longer the Al Manar Hotel that I used to book rooms for stay years ago. I checked in on the 23rd of November for an 9 nights stay. I called room service three times and after 1 hour my requested item was delivered. Room service is very slow. Cooking range cannot be used and washing machine is defective. Very poor maintenance. Room service is not prompt. No longer a nice hotel to stay. This used to be a good hotel years ago.

Location and convenience. Close to the airport and commercial area.

I am very comfortable specially the staff here its very nice and mr.saleem the receptionists he is always helping the customer and he knowingly his work .

Had a 3 day stay while exploring Dubai. Apartment had everything we needed for self-catering. Nice to have free underground parking. Fast internet. Very friendly staff. Easy to get to areas of Dubai and lots of grocery stores etc within walking distance.

Hotel didnt provide a free water botel everyday. They provide it free on first day only.

My parents are staying in this property and they have nothing to say but praise. Staff have been very family and helpful because my parents are their medical treatment for my father. They love the rooms, mother love the kitchen area and the rmtiry structure of the hotel.

Very nice girl at desk. They upgraded me to,an apartment. Nice local neighborhood with shopping.
