Pros:

Kim, the reception manager went above and beyond to help me. He arranged private tours, taxi services, and gave me so many suggestions of how an American senior lady traveling alone could navigate in an Arab world. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and in particular Kim.
Also, they included buffet. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely presentation and exceptional food. The server working in that area was so friendly and kind.

Cons:

There is really nothing that could be better. The outstanding service by Kim and the staff over shadowed anything.
