יש אדם בשם נתי אברהם שדואג מעל ומעבר מתקשר לשאול אם צריכים משהו תמיד דואג שלא יחסר כלום לא מובן מאליו אדם יקר ואיכותי פשוט מדהים
מזעזע, לא היה מה לאכול בארוחת בוקר , בארוחת ערב קיבלתי קלקול קיבה

ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה ועשירה.
החדר היה מאובק ולא נקי. התקשרתי פעמיים מיד לאחר עזיבתנו את המלון לומר ששכחתי את המטען הנייד ואשמח אם יוכלו לשמור אותו בקבלה או להעבירו ללאונרדו ת"א ואאסוף אותו משם אך למרות שנאמר לי פעמיים- "איש בטחון יחזור אליך"- אף אחד לא חזר. מאכזב מאד!!!!

הכל היה נחמד
סגרנו על 2 חדרים ל2 מבוגרים + ילד ובפועל כשראינו את החדרים לא היה צורך ב2 חדרים , רק ב1 אבל בשום אופן לא היו מוכנים לבוא לקראתינו ולהוריד את החדר השני )שלא השתמשנו בו )למרות שסגרנו את החדרים 10 דקות לפני , כך שלא הוכן עבורינו מראש כלום ולא שמרו את החדרים עבורינו ולא היו מוכנים לעשות לנו אפילו הנחה קטנה , זה היה מאכזב

תודה לנתי המנהל ולכל הצוות על אירוח יוצא מן הכלל ❤️ אוכל ברמה גבוהה, טעים מאוד, שירות מצוין ואווירה נהדרת שהפכו את השבת שלנו לנפלאה. כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו, עם חיוך מכל הלב. נהנינו מאוד ובהחלט נחזור בהקדם! יישר כוח גדול נתי🪬💙

Якість прибирання дуже погана.Після заселення виявилося,що ліжко заправлене старим,протертим простирадлом,котре мало дірки.Басейн не працював(хоч в описі вказано,що до кінця вересня відкритий).Ніде в описанні готелю не вказано,що поруч немає виходу до міських пляжів(на гугл мапах берегова лінія позначена як суцільний доступний пляж)
