Il est dommage que personnes ne parle Français
Au minimum il serait aisé de traduire la carte du restaurant en français nous sommes voisins ?!

Bella la location, un po’ meno la stanza a noi riservata. Da migliorare la pulizia e l’arredo troppo datato.Un plauso al ristorante , cenato divinamente e personale tutto gentilissimo.

The exterior of the property is beautiful, however the stay was ruined by a lack of communication and rude customer service. There was a booking discrepancy initially and the staff was informed. Additionally the booking site states the base rate was for 4 guests. Upon check-out I was shocked my an enormous upcharge that was not disclosed at check-in. In the future I will not book here or recommend this location to my clients. Also of significance, this is not a user friendly drive after dusk.

The property itself was beautiful and we really loved using the pools. They were gorgeous. My only complaint was that the bathroom is so small and everything is squished together. The bidet basically touches your knees while you’re sitting on the toilet.

Zeer mooie accommodatie en hele nacht service en bewaking aanwezig bij de receptie. Ook een heerlijk zwembad en in de avond is het restaurant open met groente uit eigen moestuin. Zeker een aanrader voor rust en vrijheid!

Loved our stay at Fattoria degli Usignoli. It was clean, the pools were great. Perfect for a small holiday of relaxation in Tuscany. Of course, you need a car to get around. The only downside is not about the hotel itself, but more about the neighborhood around : there isn’t so much to do around. So you will need a car to go around Tuscany and need to drive minimum an hour and a half to visit the nicest villages of Tuscany. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!

Fürchterlich für Familien. Die Zimmer sind uralt, es ist alles kaputt. Es ging nur eine Herdplatte, das Sofa zerrissen, Bett knackst, Kinderbett nur gegen Geld, es war stockdunkel. Wir haben das Zimmer zwei mal gewechselt und alle waren gleich schrecklich. Keine Ausstattung! Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie und haben ein Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Es gab 2 kleine Löffel für uns alle, keinerlei Utensilien, um sauber zu machen. Kein Zimmerservice, den Müll musste man ewig weit zum Parkplatz bringen, keinerlei Unterstützung. Das Frühstück war mit 9€ zwar günstig, aber es gab auch nur Getränke und Toast mit abgepackten Lebesmitteln (Honig, Marmelade, etc.).
Ganz wichtig ist, dass dies fast ein reines Veranstaltungshotel ist, was nirgends vorher einsehbar war. Jeden Tag sind dort Partys, Firmenfeiern oder Hochzeiten, sodass es jede Nacht lange laut war. Wir konnten nie richtig schlafen, gerade mit Kindern war das eine Katastrophe. Wir haben mit dem Manager gesprochen, dieser hat uns arrogant abgewiesen und nur gesagt, es interessiere ihn nicht, wir können uns an Expedia wenden.
Das einzig positive war der Pool. Der Spielplatz für Kinder ist auch in der prallen Sonne und nicht nutzbar im Sommer. Es ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen und wir würden nie wieder dort hin fahren.

La struttura bellissima, in un contesto incantevole, giardini curatissimi. Il nostro appartamento molto grande, aveva biaogno di qualche rinnovamento ma nulla da dire. Alla reception consigliamo di dare qualche indicazione in piu sui servizi della struttura. La piscina bella, mancavano un po di lettini. Le cameriere del ristorante giovani e un po impreparate sui piatti ma il mangiare buono.
Nel complesso tutto bello, ci torneremo sicuramente.

The most beautiful and magical place on earth. We video called every family member back home in Canada while at the hotel to show them the grounds. The hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the pools, to the gardens, doves, chicken, tennis courts, the walking paths and even an equestrian center. I am so sad that we did not have more time to spend there. 100+ recommend this property. My husband and I went for a before dinner drinks and the waiter brought us bread and oil and picked us fresh strawberries from the garden. Absolutely in love with this place and no hotel along our journey if Italy has compared.

This place has so much potential as it has a beautiful view and the surroundings with the gardens are beautiful but that's also the only positive experience.

The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. It stuck on my clothes despite washing for some time after.The dinner was probably the worst I've ever had through all the times I've been to Italy. One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best.

The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked.

I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it.

The overall environment surrounding the hotel was excellent. If the bedding quality were improved, it would be an ideal choice.

Very nice place to stay ,quiet , elegant with Tuscany touch. Recommend to everybody who like peaceful place , nice views , tasty food and holiday relax atmosphere .
