Ein Aufenthalt mit deutlichen Mängeln

Die Betten waren für uns passend hart und bequem. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend. Es gab frisches Obst, Obstsalat, Müslies, Honigwaben, Brötchen- und Brotauswahl, Lachs, frisches Gemüse etc.

Cons:

An der Rezeption wurden wir von einer jungen Frau empfangen, die nicht wirklich verständlich Deutsch sprach. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht angestellt werden. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass bei den normalen Zimmern keine Klimaanlage angeschaltet werden kann. Möchte man eine Klimaanlage haben, muss man die teureren Zimmer buchen. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass bei booking.com davon nichts steht, bekam ich die Antwort, dass das Hotel nicht für den Inhalt verantwortlich sei. Da auf unseren Fenstern die ganze Zeit die Sonne schien, war es unangenehm warm. Das housekeeping hat uns dann das Fenster ganz geöffnet, dadurch war es jedoch unangenehm laut. Auch die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Bei 2 Personen war das schon ein wenig unangenehm.

Остановка трамвая рядом с отелем.
На телевизоре есть smart tv. Чисто. В номере есть чайник. Доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

Подушка очень твердая, некомфортная. Одеяло все комками. Шланг душа сильно протекал.

İsteğe bağlı temizlik ve havlu veriliyor ama baştan uyarıyorlar gidenler bunu bilirse talep edince sorun olmuyor
