הצוות שירותי מאוד עזר בכל שאלה ועניין. ארוחת הבוקר אמנם חוזרת על עצמה מידי יום אבל יחסית לאירופה מאוד מגוונת. אווירה שקטה ונינוחה. ניקיון ברמה גבוהה. אם כי לא מנקים כל יום, אם רוצים ניקיון צריך לבקש יום לפני בקבלה.
הדבר הכי חשוב זה המיקום של המלון, שכונה שקטנה ונעימה על ציר תחבורה ראשי. יש אוטובוסים, רכבת וחשמלית. מאוד נוח להגיע למלון משדה התעופה, יש רכבת ישירה.
בנוסף ליד המלון יש מרכז מסחרי ובו מסעדות, 2 סופרים וסופר פארם.
אהבנו מאוד וממליצים בחום.

Small room but well lit and comfortable beds. Conveniently located and good breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast selection was really good and we enjoyed it. Martin, one of the senior most staff members in the breakfast area is truly amazing ! It’s a 4 star hotel with Martin who is 5 star ! Thank you Martin

Cons:

Check in is 3pm however we had to wait 30mins as our room wasn’t ready. But it’s nothing really

‏لقد تعامل معنا هذا الفندق تعامل سلبي جدا حيث أنني قمت عند اجراء الحجز باختيار سريرين وعند وصولي إلى الموقع تم تسليمي غرفة لا يوجد بها إلا سرير واحد فقط عدت مرة أخرى إلى الاستقبال و أخبرتهم بأنني قد اخترت في الحجز سريرين ولكن لم يتم معنا التعامل بشكل إيجابي وحل هذه المشكلة ورفعت شكوى إلى مدير الفندق عبر الإيميل ولم يتم الرد وأيضا رفعت شكوى عبر booking ولم يتم الرد حتى الآن يبدو أن الحلقة الاضعف عند الحجز هي العميل المفترض أن تتم الترقية أو استبدال الغرفة أو إلغاء الحجز وارجاع المبلغ كاملا وهذا لم يتم للأسف
