Ilmastointi ei toiminut. Huoneessa oli koko vierailun ajan yli 35 astetta, myös yöllä. Kylpyhuoneen valo ei toiminut. Asiakaspalvelu ei reagoinut asiaan.

Bis auf den nächtlichen "Zwischenfall"

Frühstück nicht genutzt; kurzer Weg zur S-Bahn.


Wir waren zum fünften Mal da, soweit wieder alles okay, bis auf...

Cons:

...den nächtlichen Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer. Die Klima-Anlage stand nach unserer Rückkehr auf 27° und ließ sich nicht herunterschalten. Anruf bei der Rezeption; nach einer Dreiviertelstunde, die wir wartend im Zimmer verbrachten (!), kam endlich jemand, der aber eine erträgliche Temperatureinstellung auch nicht schaffte.
Deshalb mussten wir spätabends noch in ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage umziehen.
Ein (!) Getränk "aufs Haus" fand ich eine etwas dürftige Entschädigung!

Very bad experience with the rooms as the air conditioning was not working! It was too hot and we couldn’t sleep in the heat. We were moved to another room but it’s AC worked for a night then broke! Really ruined the whole experience

Ich habe Mittags darauf hingewiesen das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, daraufhin meinten die Hotel angestellten "die Klimaanlage braucht einige Zeit um kalt zu werden" als wir dann 6 Stunden später zurück zum Hotel kamen hatte es immernoch über 30 grad im Zimmer also wieder zur reception, dann wurde uns nachts um ca 22 Uhr ein neues Zimmer angeboten also wieder alles Rum schleppen.... Katastrophe

La televisione per problemi non funzionava per problemi di collegamento (forse satellitare) e non ne siamo stati avvisati all'arrivo.
Viaggiavamo in bicicletta e ci hanno chiesto 25€ a notte per custodirle in garage...

Das Personal ist das Aushängeschild dieses Hotels

Super freundliches Personal, besonders die Frühstückskellner (die beiden Schwestern und der ältere Herr) waren eine Seele von Mensch! Solch zuvorkommende freundliche Menschen haben ich noch nie erlebt, tolles Frühstück

Alles in Ordnung, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Dass der Türöffner am Innenhof nicht funktionierte und ich Angst hatte, nicht wieder ins Hotel zu kommen. Ein Kaffe dort wäre auch schön, könnte man viel mehr draus machen. Aber alles gut!

The AC wasn’t working. It was boiling hot even with the window open. I had it on max all night, but it didn’t cool the room down even a little. The WiFi kept rejecting my credentials, and the guy at reception didn’t pick up when I called.
