La verdad que muy agradable y tranquilo buscábamos traquilidad citio familiar limpio y colchones muy bien en general volveremos y las chicas de la limpieza muy bien todo ok

However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information.

Zimmer sehr alt und verfallen

El complejo está deteriorado necesita una reforma urgente lo único notable es la piscina q se encuentra en buenas condiciones me gustó mucho.
La cocina del apartamento está deteriorada los grifos de esta se encuentran en mal estado y la cocinilla viejita en todo el apartamento nos podríamos encontrar pequeñas hormigas

El apartamento en sí es viejo, pero las instalaciones se ven cuidadas.

Greit hotell med fint uteområde. Helt greie rom men utrolig lytt. Hyggelig bassengområde og godt renhold. Bra sted for prisen.

Trotz der Straßenlage insgesamt ruhige Lage. Es kommt sehr auf die Position des gemieteten Appartements innerhalb der gesamten Anlage an. Unseres hatte keine attraktive Sicht.
Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig

Appartement vétuste, fenêtre qui s’ouvre seule avec le vent, ODEURS nauséabondes provenant des évacuations de la salle de bain, et TV fonctionnant avec un monnayeur alors que selon la description elle inscrite dans les avantages !!!! Réfrigérateur qui faisait un bruit terrible nous obligeant à l’éteindre afin de pouvoir fermer les yeux!! Résultat une réservation de 3 nuits et nous avons fuit dès la fin de la première !

Sehr schöner Süßwasserpool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und z.T. deutschsprachig. Hervorragende Lage: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Busstation sowie Fährterminal sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Koselig hotell sentralt i Valle Gran Ray. Fine leiligheter med god mulighet for å lage mat selv. Kort vei til supermarked (rett over gata) eller stor Spar butikk med kjøttdisk noen hundre meter ned i gata. Fin gangavstand til strand og restauranter. Koselig betjening og fine uteområder med basseng og solstoler (dog er bassenget ikke oppvarmet) så det kan være litt kaldt for de som ikke er de tøffeste hva angår badetemperatur. Flotte turmuligheter i byen og eller på La Gomera. Hotellet anbefales for familier både med og uten barn.

Gute Anlage. Preiswert und Leistung sind okay. Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sind einige Abnutzungsspuren an der Substanz vorhanden.

Away from the main tourist destinations, but plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Food was excellent for a cafeteria style facility. Reception was very helpful and the animators (people organising the events in the resort) were enthusiastic. Swimming pool large and deep. Generally a well run resort although looking a bit tired in places.

All rooms advertised for sale (currently e64k) many seem to have been sold. Room very basic with some shabby finishes. Door lock appeared forced and badly repaired.

Et fint centralt sted med ok faciliteter, f.eks. adgang til vaskemaskine.

We felt very well at Laurisilva. The kitchen utensils are certainly minimal, no good cutting knife, no microwave (nowadays this is a must!). But some of the staff at the reception was very helpful, especially Iballa was outstanding, gave us most useful information and always made us feel like family. The opening hours of the pool are quite odd, only from 11:00 to 19:00.
The location is very good, close to a Spar-Market and to a parking lot.

Hotellet har sett sina bästa dagar. Det var i stort renoveringsbehov och i vårt rum läckte det in vatten ifrån både fönstret och terrassdörren (när det regnade). Vi hade en stor pöl mitt på golvet. Badrummet luktade ofräscht och blev inte bättre på hela tiden. Filtarna i sovrummet var inte tillräckligt varma utan vi frös. En låda trillade loss, kaffebryggare fick vi be om (och sedan byta ut för att den var trasig.
Strunta i frukosten. Den serverades i ett mörkt rum och var minst sagt trist.
TV kostade 1€ per timme och wifi fanns endast i receptionen. Poolen var inte uppvärmd (=iskall)
