Pros:

All staff were so kind and wonderful, making us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, facilities were nice and the in-room dining was delicious.

Cons:

The room felt slightly dated and the amenities within the room felt slightly bare, although did meet every need.
It was unfortunate that there was no turn down service.

We love staying at L'Hermitage! Great rooms, excellent location and the staff are amazing!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. One staff member made sure had elevator access from self park. The L'Orangerie staff accommodated a late arrival for the hot chocolate special after coming back from the VSO. The breakfast atmosphere was excellent and the hot tub and pool have always been well maintained.

Cons:

Our room was set at 80 degrees F when we arrived. Turned down and opened a window and it cooled off quickly. Self park stalls are very narrow - not really a hotel issue.

A wonderful trip to downtown Vancouver, and we enjoyed your hotel.
Pros:

Nice big, clean rooms, fitness facility, and lounge on the 5th floor.

Cons:

Our main complaint concerns parking. You promote valet parking, but there is also general self-parking in the same building for far less money. I believe you should allow access from the hotel to the parking, perhaps by activating our room key. We were forced to walk around the building instead of just using your elevators, which was unnecessarily inconvenient. Also, coffee in your lobby would be a nice touch, since breakfast wasn't provided. Otherwise, a positive experience.

Hot rub was great..restaurant is outstanding. The customer service : one of the best

Cons:

The parking.. the $ 45 rate with the extras became almost 70 a night..that was crazy.. not happy that it wasn't complimentary.. the swimming pool is not heated...
