This location is within easy walking access to so many shopping streets, train station and foos everywhere. Excellent location.

We don’t often stay in luxury hotels, so we especially appreciated the warm hospitality from the reception and lobby staff. We stayed in the “Classique” Boutique room, which was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again—the positive reviews are absolutely true!
First of all, I how to say the hotel is even better than what is shown on the photos and description in booking.com. I really love it. I got an upgrade on my room and the room was massive, clean and nice, I would love staying longer to enjoy more the facilities of this hotel. There is a steam room and I think a sauna as well that I wasn't able to use. Great location.Nice restaurant for having breakfast, Really good options

Great room. Great location and the staff really do have that omotenashi level of service! Probably will be my go to when I visit Vancouver to snowboard but still want to be located downtown
Nothing to complain about.
Lovely decor throughout and the gym and pool area were very well appointed. The flavoured water in reception was a nice touch. Convenient walk down to the harbourfront.
Would have preferred to have fresh milk in the hotel fridge though the staff kindly provided milk on request.
The staff were helpful and amazing and the room was cosy, clean and the bed was super comfortable.
