My favourite Vancouver hotel - highly recommended
Pros:

The very warm welcome at reception, who gave me my room straight away (and upgraded to a beautiful room); the size and cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom; the comfortable bed; the heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi; the central location.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - a special thanks to Natalia at reception, who provided such a warm welcome on check-in. I greatly appreciated the hotel’s offer to use the shower facilities before going to the airport in the evening, long after I’d checked out. All in all one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in and will certainly stay again on my next trip to Vancouver.

A great base for exploring Vancouver!
Pros:

Staff were super welcoming - shout out to Imran (?) at check in especially. Parking was super easy (valet - space out front) The room was clean and had everything we needed. I have stayed at many Vancouver hotels and was highly impressed by level of service and attention to detail at L'Hermitage - I would say this was in my top 5 for sure. The pool area looked great but we didn't have time to enjoy this visit. You can easily explore on foot from the hotel - tons of places to eat, grab coffee & treats nearby as well.

Cons:

We found the room a bit humid but were able to fix it with open windows (which was a bonus) It might have been due to unususally warm spring day (no complaints about that!)

An incredible property, will stay here again and again. Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

It hit all our expectations around location, cleanliness, luxury. We loved the hot tub and pool, and the access to steam rooms, gym, and lounge were so nice. Even loved how they changed up the flavoured water in the lobby each day. The staff were so welcoming, from those opening the door and welcoming us, to those at the front desk. We had everything we need and will stay here again in the future for sure!

Great Vancouver Hotel
Pros:

Super hotel with lovely staff. Great location. Highly recommend. Fabulous big room with fireplace. Loved the heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub.

Loved my stay
Pros:

Lovely clean room, nice facilities shame the superhero’s were cleaning windows and balconies so didn’t want to use the pool! Lounge and dining was great and the staff excellent especially in the restaurant and front desk…sorry don’t remember their names!

Cons:

Accessing the tv without connecting to chrome cast was not very good as kept reverting to chrome cast QR code!

Great service and comfortable all the way round.
Pros:

It was a comfortable stay all the way round. I didn't have good mobility but the restaurant provided good quality food and the hotel was only 2 blocks from the COmmodore where I attended a concert.

Cons:

When I was swimming in the outdoor pool on the roof, a seagull decided to land right beside me in the water. Quite the suprise!
