De medewerkers waren super! Heel vriendelijk. Het bed was goed en de douche was ook heel fijn!
De kamers zijn wel wat verouderd en vrij donker en gehorig.
Excellent convenient neighborhood. Helpful friendly staff. One morning we ate in the hotel was great. Terrific shower..
The toilet flushing was loud. It didn't bother my husband but it did wake me up a few times in the middle of the night.

Tolle, zentrale Lage zum Hafen, zum Nachtleben und zum Fußballstadion. Zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrädern vom Hotel kommt man überall schnell hin. Schöne Einrichtung der Zimmer und des Restaurants, schöner Pool, lang genug zum Schwimmen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, angemessen im Preis.
Leider gibt es an der Rückseite des Hotels an der Seitenstraße einen großen Ventilator von der Klimaanlage. Der dröhnt den ganzen Tag und macht den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse oder am Pool nicht besonders einladend. Das ist auch nachts in den Zimmern an der Rückseite zu hören. Das Abendessen im Restaurant fanden wir nicht so toll.
The reception staff on the night we arrived , October 8th, were friendly, helpful (needed an extra blanket), and courteous.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. I loved the look and the feel of l’hermitage - not another chain hotel
Everything was nice, really, can’t Think of anything to be better.
