I did like the staff and breakfast quality. It was on oar with other Hampton locations. I also liked our room location with the close proximity to the elevator and it being on the top flopr.
Did nit like dark brown stains on the pillow case. Did not like the lack of hot water so no shower for anyone in my party. I also did not like the giant roach in my room's bathroom.
Micelle was great as always! Friendly and always with a smile.
Our show did not have handles on the inside to open and close. Breakfast was not so good. Sausages were very cool as were the eggs.

We had to move rooms because of the bugs on the furniture. The Bathroom sanity light was not working.and the shower wand was not operating correctly. The room we were moved to the was not operating correctly. entry door handle . The staff could not rectify the issue. I feel you should refund one night. Thanks

Horrible service
The hotel itself had charged us but wanted to say it was because it was third party. Don’t stay here you will have the worst day.
It is clean and is a good 1/2 way stop for me when traveling.
The handicap accessible rooms are upstairs. It is posted in the elevator and in the room NOT to use the elevator in case of fire. I’m 68 years old. I cannot carry my wheelchair bound daughter down a flight of stairs. How stupid is this?!?!?!!
