A little gem in a most friendly town, close to all we needed
Pros:

Great location for travelling around the area as far as Bakersfield and the Sequoia National Parks, really pleased with our suite it ticked nearly all the boxes :)

Cons:

Hot water took an age to come through when running a shower and the Wi-Fi dropped out several times!

Pros:

Our room was great. Clean,good linens,plenty of towels and wash cloths. Michele help me with logging into wifi! She is great with people and helping.

Pros:

Ian and Michelle are always friendly and pleasant. Always make an effort to let us in to our room a bit early.

Cons:

Breakfast is not so good. Eggs are luke warm as are the sausages. Waffles good. Today cheese omelet pan was empty and cheese congealed in the bottom. Not real appetizing.
When leaving our room this am, hall reeked of Marijuana. Not good especially since this is a non-smoking hotel.

Pros:

I did like the staff and breakfast quality. It was on oar with other Hampton locations. I also liked our room location with the close proximity to the elevator and it being on the top flopr.

Cons:

Did nit like dark brown stains on the pillow case. Did not like the lack of hot water so no shower for anyone in my party. I also did not like the giant roach in my room's bathroom.

Pros:

Micelle was great as always! Friendly and always with a smile.

Cons:

Our show did not have handles on the inside to open and close. Breakfast was not so good. Sausages were very cool as were the eggs.

Very poor hotel
Pros:

Unfortunately the breakfast was not hot. The oatmeal was very good.

Cons:

We had to move rooms because of the bugs on the furniture. The Bathroom sanity light was not working.and the shower wand was not operating correctly. The room we were moved to the was not operating correctly. entry door handle . The staff could not rectify the issue. I feel you should refund one night. Thanks
