Love the staff and the rooms are always very clean. Will use this Hotel in the future.
Pros:

Corey checked us in and was very pleasant, greeted us immediately as we came in. Nice young man

Cons:

Took a LONG time for us to get hot water out of our faucets. Shower head needs to be replaced as water barely comes out due to hard water build up.

Upon entering, it was very nice.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator worked. Our room was clean....but...the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The fan in the bathroom was broken and sounded like it was coming apart inside when we turned it on. The worst was the water pressure in the shower....I couldn't rinse the shampoo out of my hair or rinse all the soap off myself because there was ABSOLUTELY NO water pressure. This was the worst stay I have had in a hotel, and when I spoke to the front desk at checkout, she just smiled and said so sorry.....Will not stay at Hampton Inn ever again.
